Angel Vega @ Kay Jewelers @ Stockton, CA ,Webertown Mall sold me a beautiful amethyst ring and it came in on my birthday. Angel has been with Kay for 12 years. She is fantastic, professional yet warm and friendly. Angel ? glows with positive energy. She is an asset and great representative for Kay Jewelers. She deserves a big appreciation bonus !!!

Worst customer service ever will never buy stuff from here again angel the store manager helpless don't waste your time and call to have same conversation I had in person like I said worst customer service took my earimgs back and tried to resell them to me which wasn't what I wanted I'm taking everything I just bought another pair of earrings and engagement ring and will be going right next door to get what I bought here

I have to say with the discussions that I had with the manager (she claim to be) , Angel.She wasn’t very helpful and didn’t consider me, Who has been a long time customer. My husband has bought me several pieces of jewelry from this Kay’s in the past. But now we will not return here again due to the poor customer service.

Someone got a hold of my account information and went into the store and bought a ring. The store didn't bother checking for ID or who was authorized on the account and let them purchase a ring. Then won't give me any information or even a damn apology, told me to go through the police if I want any information. The "manager" of this store was incredibly rude to my wife when she went in to get information and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of buying a ring or anything go to a different dealer that cares about their customers information.
