Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. Fairly priced and delivered on time, however, it was mostly greenery, color of the flowers were not really the same as pictured which isn’t awful but the roses weren’t even open.

J&S Flowers is very nice . The Woman that help me was very friendly and warm hearted . I think prices for flowers are fair. Also a small teddy bear with I love you on it. A small stick ❤ ballon. I left with a Great day on my mind. The arrangement had a nice mix. Surprise was beautiful i hand delivered myself.

It's supposed to be business. I called to ask for information and the nisikiera sheep friend took the time to assist me rudely hung up the phone as a business leaves a lot to say. Definitely. It is not recommended. Acer purchases Ai. Fuchi

OMG, this place is reasonably priced for the amount of flowers in their arrangements. The recipients have always been happy and impressed. The staff remember you and are so welcoming. Try them out!

So unprofessional & inconsiderate people.Placed a order in advance for today, added a request for this order to be delivered from 8am-9am since they can “accommodate special requests” when I called to check status they said “yeah we see it was supposed to be delivered 8-9am but it’s not going to be delivered until the afternoon, 6pm the latest” this is such an inconvenience. We needed it for a certain time so the arrangement could’ve been taken to the cemetery at a certain time!It’s sad that they even offer these services for “sympathy” but can’t even try to accommodate requests we ask for, and have no consideration for others. Didn’t try to make up for it.First & last time we will be ordering from here.I should’ve taken all these bad reviews as a red flag. Lesson learned.

I too should have read the bad reviews before ordering here. I had called around and was only looking for a flower shop who would be able to deliver the flowers to the chapel where my friend's service was and to take a picture of it delivered. The rep told me this would be done. I am from Southern California and could not make it so this was really important to me. Thanks for ruining my last memory of my friend.

I was in a rush looking for fresh flowers for my niece's graduation. I popped in quickly, and there was nothing but nice beautiful rose arrangements but a little bit out of my price range. The young lady who was assisting me offered to make me a bouquet of mixed flowers right on the spot for only $20. I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful arrangement she handed me. They were absolutely gorgeous!

My husband and I pulled up just as the employee had locked the door and had started getting in her car. She asked what we needed and explained my husband's mother had just died and we needed flower Arrangements for her funeral. She was extremely kind, opened the door back up and helped us. She was patient, didn't rush us and was very helpful. The Arrangements were fresh when they arrived, beautiful and fit to our needs. What mattered the most to me ,was her kindness and willingness to help.

My mom got her wedding bouquets here a long time ago, and as a soon to be bride, this was the first floral shop I went to since I am looking for bouquet options. I was extremely underwhelmed, the staff rushed talking to me and then went in the back and seemed like they couldn't give me the time of day, nor did they care about my business. They have no pricing listed or pictures with options to look for. They expect that you know exactly what you want- which I do not. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place

My post reflects the last three services from this shop online. I regularly order flowers and items from this team for the last ten plus years, and the last three years have been terrible service and product. Yesterday’s order (last order) “Thoughts of you Bouquet Deluxe Red Roses” was what I want to bring to those who move forward. Obviously, I choose to use J&S flowers in Stockton multiple locations and online for special occasions. When I add on 3 latex balloons and they are already deflating 12 hours later is not worth the price. The flowers were knocked around, were I had to fix them for presentation. I look at my ring doorbell and the delivery guy clearly lists his balance walking to our door mat. Mylar ballon is still intact. The order before this “So Happy you’re Mine Bouquet, Teleflora” I paid extra for a delivery window and they were 37 minutes late and brought the wrong items. I called and got a younger lady that didn’t want to her anything I was telling her, did believe anything I was saying I had to submit pictures to her personal phone. Once that was in my favor she said the flowers were similar price and blame it on the delivery guy which already delivered our set two delivers before. She had a attitude when I did not accept what was delivered and she had to prepare the right order (which was ($35.99) different all over. Greeting card, balloons everything. She was more concerned about swapping the flowers before even giving us the right order! 2020 was bad all around but I paid extra for a time slot and they were a hour and twenty minutes behind. I called and they offered a 10% discount on next order which they do most of the time SMH! Last photo we still have before this recent order. Have they delivered beautiful flowers, will people continue to order or buy yes, but I have had some mishaps and they value was not what I paid for especially when you spend more for a special matter.

I ordered flowers for my grandpas funeral the day of and they were able to make such a beautiful standing bouquet for my family , not only that I originally had it for pick up and when my sister arrived she realized it wouldnt fit and they were able to deliver it for us!! 100% recommend them

Awful experience if you're willing to read. This used to be a great florist & my go-to for many years. Unfortunately, no longer. I ordered a mixed rose bouquet online. What was given, was majority carnations & 2 roses & fillers. I pointed out- this doesn't look like what I ordered online at all. The young gal says, well you only get roses that you see in the picture, its not a full bouquet all the way around. My thought- What? She tried to get the manager, who I heard say, "I dont have time for this and we ran out of flowers". Mind you, its one of the busiest days of this year. We decided to get a full refund. The young gal decided to speak aloud with a long line of people in the shop, that we ordered the small bouquet online (yet what was paid, was not the small). I had no words as I was trying to maintain composure. In the end...they tried selling us a bouquet of carnations worth $80!? I forgot to add this was their "makeup" bouquet for originally selling the 1st one to a walk in.
