Great facility, great staff and patrons. Outside of peak times, this place is perfect for access to all the equipment needed for a good workout.

So far this gym is ok but what bothers me is that the sauna is always down, they never have towels available for us members because there washer or dryer is down but they do expect us to pay the yearly fee for for equipment maintenance and new towels. Where is the yearly money fees going to if nothing is being fixed.

The last time I visited In-Shape by Bianchi Rd, I was greeted well; I could request for a towel, purchase a protein shake (if needed), use the restrooms, shower, use the lockers for a day without cost, use the machines, clean them, etc. Workers go around cleaning the equipment and people greet each other kindly!

I've been a member of inshape for many many years but recently I didn't didn't have a very good experience .I have not been going to inshape lately because I've been sick with kidney stones and I've had them through my whole life, this company is so impersonal that they'll take your funds and not satisfy the customer and to refund your funds you have a doctor's note like a school kid to prove that your ailing,I'm like are you kidding me? I'm an older man and I have to prove that im sick so they could refund me?I believe in costumer service and by just going to an app so you don't deal with a customer is not quality costumer service I'm pretty sure that's called selfish because they take your money and not rather deal with the person, I believe there's advantages of apps and disadvantages in this situation it was a disadvantage ,also the crew that works Infront are not allways friendly and are on their phones and because of covid I believe the equipment should be cleaned more often, therefore I've gotten sick many times because of inshape .This gives me the conclusion that I most likely might find another gym that's reasonable in price and good in costumer cervice...

Inshape needs to get rid of them horrible matrix machines and put the old machines back. Matrix machines have terrible resistance profiles and are awkward. The nautilus and life fitness machines were one of the best parts about this gym. One of the worst decisions ever to downgrade to dirty and awful matrix machines.

Well I do not have any to share. I was really looking forward to going here while they "renovate" the women's locker room at hammer Lane. But what do I find? Lap swim, in the only outdoor pool which is still not heated, is only in the early morning. SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. Families with their screaming splashing brats get the entire pool the rest of the day every day. Why?This whole franchise has gone downhill. Tried to schedule lap swim at march Ln. No lap time available from 4 pm to 6pm. Why? I called. The person who answered the phone had no idea. She put me on hold then left me there. So I called hammer Lane to see what their idea of temp locker rooms was. It's an RV in the parking lot. This beans there are only a few spaces and I guess toilets but we r th'en expected to go from this to the pool and back again. Why? Do they can make the locker room exactly as bad as it already is. Jyst like the jacuzzi that only has a few hers working. The only 2 with both a top & bottom jet are next to each other which means when I am in there and a creep wants to use it I end up sitting next to him. But how can they find a jacuzzi with less than half the jets functional at all fixed? I figure since they have already decided my senior membership thru Kaiser is only good enough for hammer Lane but since they are claiming to be doing things to the locker room and they have made other improvements that are just for show, soon they will demand more money from us but offer even less. My days anywhere at InShape are probably limited because I can not afford the outrageous prices they are now charging for other memberships.

Beware when you sign up. This place is in the bad part of town. If you like working out in a prison feel with dirty equipment then this place is for you. They have real shady business practices and will charge your account unnecessarily and good luck trying to find somebody to answer a call because they don’t have any live representatives
