Went in and Maria Godoy , was so helpful and nice. I got nothing but amazing customer service and even the other workers helped. So thankful and so refreshing to be somewhere where they are happy to help. Would recommend to everyone. 10/10

Mr. Lee prepared my taxes and he was absolutely professional. Unfortunately, the front desk lady was EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional taking about clients in a very negative manner.

I go to h&r block to do my taxes every year. my tax preparer's name is Miss Etta Brown she is a lovely person to work with every year. always leave that office completely satisfied.

I filed for 2021 taxes & have had the same tax lady for years until she really messed up my taxes and my getting back almost six thousand dollars. I have called the IRS multiple times. Been hung up on, put on hold for hours, been told they'd call back & still have yet to get my money because of her mistake. I paid for H&R blocks services & they ripped me off completely. I have even called H&R Block and the woman who pretended to help me, told me I'd get HALF a refund in the cost I paid for their services and that their manager would call me back as soon as he's done being on vacation (getting married). I must say, he's been on vacation for a looooong time because I have yet to receive his call. H&R block has nerve to email and call me to use their services again. I would never & I tell everyone to avoid them with a passion. Hire people that know what they're doing. That's what they're paid for. I can do my taxes for free & it'll be done correctly. So unprofessional! I honestly should take it to court.

This H&R Block is so unprofessional I filed my taxes three weeks ago paid upfront and they didn’t even do the job. I called managers I’ve called one 800 numbers and no one has been able to get back to me or help me or give me my money back, this place will rob you set up appointments and not even be there for them, I don’t recommend H&R Block for nobody specially this one on Pacific

First coming here seemed skeptical but I ended up having a good experience! yes they do disclose information about prices as in making sure you know its not just $85 because people need to get paid too... it says "starting" lol customer service was so well. Ed was my tax guy and he was nice enough to explain the bad tax news to me lol but he let me ask any questions and made me feel at ease. yes the location is crappy but the service made up for it (: I thank everyone there because before I was having anxiety about everything. have a wonderful day!

Robert Courtney is a wonderful tax professional. Have been going to him for over 20 years. Don't know what I'm going to do if he decides to retire.
