I was in a hit and run accident, front rear corner of the drivers side was severely damaged. The impact of the hit caused damage to the outside of the car and under the hood. From start to finish Raul took every phone call and responded to every text message I had, he updated me every step of the way, never once getting upset about multiple phone calls or multiple texts. I knew my car was in the right hands. I chose his auto body shop based on a personal recommendation and the google reviews. His professionalism, friendliness, tenacity, drive, and just how he broke down each step in the process, blew any nervousness about my damaged car out of the water. He not only did what he needed to do to fix my car but did extra things (cleaning the inside and outside of the car, waxing it, repainting certain parts of the outside of the car, and so on) that my car was unrecognizable. Raul is a miracle worker in my eyes and when I went to pick up my finished repaired car 7/7/23, I was in utter shock and cried happy tears because the work he did on my car plus the extra miles he went on my car, was enough to cause happy tears that I got my car better than I left it. If You need help with your car especially if it has cosmetic damage or structural damage, Raul’s shop is where you need to go. His customer service and work ethic, exceeds anything I could have possibly imagined when it came to my situation. He saved me money and took care of some things that I was going to take care of myself before I got into a accident. If you want quality work, friendly customer service, and someone with many years of experience in Auto Body, Hernandez Auto Body Shop is the place to go. Thank you to Raul and his team from the bottom of my heart for all the hard work and extra initiative you took with my car. I am forever grateful for you and your team. No one can tell me someone does it better than Hernandez Auto Body.

I’ve gone to Hernandez Auto on 3 separate occasions and have always received exceptional service. Raul is consistently professional and knowledgeable. Him and his team are outstanding and Raul is always in contact with me regarding any updates while my vehicle is in his shop. After each visit they’ve always given my car an excellent wash as well. The front end on my 2020 Camry was damaged after striking a wild turkey on the highway. A friend recommended Raul at Hernandez Auto and the shop was clean and the staff friendly. I highly recommend taking your car for superior work and fast and friendly service.
