The one I spoke to is rude and she doesn't have phone manners. She will dropped the call without even asking what's the purpose of the call.. I just hope they got a lot of projects after for being rude and unprofessional.

I submitted a request for quotation to these folks and after putting me on hold for 3 days they were still not able to provide a quotation or even a timeline. I don't recommend them.

I've sent them multiple projects and they have always been consistent with great quality and timeliness. There was one time where we gave wrong instructions and Erick was able to help us out to get it fixed without incident. Their delivery service is top-notch too. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience at this so-called company. They charged me for a sign but then never delivered and wouldn't let me pick up. I bought the same sign from another company for half of the price. Very rude service and complete incompetence all the way around. When I went to pick up my sign I noticed that the place was filthy and smelled disgusting and no wonder because there were piles or refuse in the parking lot and in the gutter. I will never order again from those thieves.
