Javier was recommended by Devons Jewelers who was not able to repair my ring. I had a missing diamond and was also in need of cleaning. I was so happy to receive my ring like it was brand new again. The diamonds were sparkling and the white gold was shinin'! I definitely would recommend Javier to fix your jewelry's. I know I have a jeweler that I can depend on! Thank you, Javier and Penny!

My 98 year old mother took in a watch, necklace and ring. The ring had broken prongs and they did a beautiful job of fixing them. The watch was braided and totally broken and you can't even tell where they fixed it. The necklace was braided gold and they braided it and fixed it. Highly recommended them.

Horrible customer service. Rude, racist, impatient, & they threatened to call the police on me while I was grabbing my items telling them I don’t want them to repair my jewelry.

Mrs Penny was amazing! She helped me with resizing my fiancé's engagement ring and the price was perfect! The ring looks like it never got worked on! I will be returning to Fusion Jewelers in the future for all of my jewelry needs! Great Service!

When no one else would work on my ring. Someone recommended Fusion jewelers to my husband and as soon as he got there Javier told him there was no problem that he could work on it! Resized it polished and it came out beautiful! They do great quality work there! We have since taken other rings and jewelry to get serviced and outstanding customer service every time!! They gained a lifelong customer!

I had a ring that I took to various jewelers and no one wanted to work on it, they would say the ring was too difficult to work on. Someone recommended Fusion jewelers and when I arrived Javier took a look at it and said "yea I can do it" and then he told me how long he has been in the trade and said any piece of jewelry I touch I treat as a million dollar ring! He did an amazing job resizing and polishing! The ring came out beautiful!! Since then we have taken other rings and jewelry to be serviced and have been met with outstanding customer service. You just don't meet many people who take pride in what they do and are so humble at the same time. They have a lifelong customer now!

Was recommended by another high end jeweler for repairs. I had lots of broken chains and rings that no longer fit and wanted to start using them all again. When I went there I didn't think it could all be saved or fixed but it was all returned looking new. I was surprised on what this jeweler could do! Think his name was Javier. I will definitely be returning for any jewelry needs.

Ok. I found the best Jeweler ever! I brought my wife's wedding ring here because it was butchered at another jeweler. They were able to fix the damage the other jeweler did, restore the ring and rebuild it to be better than it was before. It absolutely looks gorgeous. We even upgraded the diamonds. I am truly impressed and will always come to fusion jewelers now. Thank you!

I love this place so much I'll NEVER go anywhere else. I've gone to Zales and Kay but Fusion takes a fraction of the time, a fraction of the cost, and a million times the quality!! For example, a small stone I had a protection plan on at Zales was still going to cost $125 to send out to replace after it fell out of their ring! They had it for 2 weeks just to give me that estimate. Javier fixed it, it looked AMAZING and he charged me $35 to get it the same day!! I replaced my diamond center stone through Kay's also. I can't remember the cost but they mounted the stone with huge ugly prongs. After 5 years I finally asked Javier about it because I've never been happy with it. Javier replaced the prongs with ones you barely notice. I love my ring so much now. Apparently the big stores use apprentices to save money but Javier is the real deal master jeweler. I'll never go anywhere else!!!

Unfortunately my center diamond had fallen out. I wasn't too worried because I had Jewelers Mutual. I chose a jewelers that was located in the mall. When we arrived, they informed us that it was difficult to work with Jewelers Mutual. Defeated, I was searching inline for another Jeweler. Funny enough, the gentleman working a the first location we went to recommend for us to go to Fusion Jewelers and ask for Javier. Apparently, he's the best in the business. I found the exact same thing online! Javier had raving 5 star reviews, and I wanted him to repair my engagement ring. He was so sweet, straight to the point, and gave me the confidence to proceed with my repair. He truly is amazing at his job! Thank you Fusion Jewelers! My ring looks better and brighter than before.

Have a beautiful ring that belonged to my grandmother. It was too small to wear so I stopped in Long's jewelers to see if they could size it up to fit me. I was told that they didn't work on this type of ring due to the channel row setting. Recommended Javier at Fusion Jewelers. Stopped in to see Javier & he said no problem. Had my ring back in a week, all polished & a perfect fit! Now I never want to take it off. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you so very much Javier!
