Jason was great! It was pouring rain and our business usually closes on rainy days but we knew this order was coming. He called when he was about an hour away and also answered our call when we had a question after that. Great communication and he was helpful with unloading too. Highly recommended!

We finally received the order that was placed with Home Depot. I had made numerous phone calls to Home Depot and was placed on hold for long periods of time because my online order page was showing the package had been delivered which it wasn't. I finally was given Freight Ready's phone number to call. I contacted Amanda at Freight Ready and she was the first person who was REALLY able to help me. And the driver who delivered our package was so very nice. So I am giving this company 5 stars for those reasons. Thank you Amanda.

I want to give a huge shoutout to freight ready.I live up the Mountains and always have trouble with receiving deliveries to my property. The driver, Rich contacted me before arriving, which was super helpful and he was able to get on my property and unload the material which wasnt an easy task, but they made it happen ! Definitely recommend
