If you go into this place make sure to record your conversation. They will say one thing over the phone and then another thing in person. Record, record, record! Nobody is ever on the same page. They don't apologize for wasting your time. I took the day off work to get a SR-22 after they said just come in and grab one and when I get there, I couldn't get the SR-22 without the policy holder there to make changes. That's not a problem. But it would have been nice to know that before wasting time going into the office for nothing. Then for her to have an attitude like she wasted her time. The other is the said when I paid the policy in full for six months that if I cancel they would just cancel without fees and now when I ask after this situation, they want to charge a cancelation fee. It's not worth the hassle to be treated this way. Find insurance somewhere else where you are treated professionally and get the right information. I'm running the six months and then looking for someone else to handle car insurance. I don't suggest them at all and if they're all you can afford then record EVERYTHING!
