Horrible insurance beware !! When you call no one ever calls you back I’ve left for five messages. No one calls me back. I called supervisors managers. No one called me back to Fani. I said I’m gonna see an attorney then they finally get back to me.. The representatives don’t know what they’re doing. Stay away they’re horrible.

Extremely poor service. I went in with my boyfriend to add insurance to my cars I had gotten a quote and was ready to pay when the manager interfered and then told me I had to add my boyfriend to my insurance plan, to which I had let them know he would not be driving the vehicles. They then proceeded to tell me I had no choice and had to add him. All of this coming from the manager herself. When I refused because he isn’t driving them they told me they wouldn’t give me the insurance. The manager was extremely rude and gave no other options. They had no right to tell me I had to add someone simply because he is my boyfriend. Extremely unprofessional take your business somewhere else.

Very bad, cersio, I went to put full coverage on my truck, it's 2015. Well, the person who helped me came out to take photos and just because I saw that I brought something behind the truck, he couldn't put full coverage because he used it under the truck for work
