The store is inside of weberstown mall , in the old H&M building . The store has done a good job cleaning and organizing the clothing -- plus they have a fitting room that usually is open . I would give it a pretty good rating except for the associates . They deserve more training -- closing at 6:24 and stating that they close in a couple minutes while closing the gate is unreasonable. I believe this store would make more profit if they invested customer service skills to their employees. The selection is pretty good but I am also a small in most outfits . The value of forever 21 is not meant to last forever ... you wear it a couple times and it may end up in the back of your closet .

The men's section has some pretty damn good style stuff but it needs more since women section almost covered up of the store.

Worst customer service I've ever had. People like BRAEDEN shouldn't even work there. They had nobody on the floor to help and when I asked her a question about something on the floor she was extremely rude. I was also standing in the line and she proceeded to tell me I wasn't in line when I WAS and helped another guest. What a joke she is lol

Be careful making your selection here they don't tell you, but as soon as you purchase something you can't return it until they say so their system is down so we're all forced to follow their rules. You cannot return items and they don't tell you before you make the purchase, so be careful purchasing at forever 21 that's nationwide. I have coming to this location twice and if anything I'm being watched as I walk around the store then if I make a purchase I can't even return it so it makes you wonder are they going downhill mean really what's going on?

I had called the store to ask a question, the manager picked up and was super rude. She said she was busy on the register i didn’t mind waiting if she had asked, but she rushed it and hung up on me mid sentence. VERY poor management and very disappointing.

Located in Weberstown Mall next to Dillard’s. You can enter from mall or parking lot off Pacific Ave. Moderate selection of clothing for the under 30 crowd. Store pretty busy with friendly staff.

Lady working the dressing room was very friendly and helpful. Immediately helped me price check an item when I noticed the tag didn’t have a price on it.

Really 0/5 starsI was shopping in there yesterday looking to buy an outfit for my friend so we can go out and i asked a bald black boy for his assistance. Since I’m bigger he just assumed i was shopping for myself and said the typical “ oh we don’t have clothes for bigger girls” when i asked for an xl for my friend. I then ask him where are the Xtra Larges and he rudely says “ You’ll have to look for yourself instead of helping me. I don’t know why i didn’t ask for the manager but I’m putting a bad review for this type of disrespect. Ever since they took the plus size area away the employees have been nothing but nasty and unprofessional. There manager also is no better. And once i find out their store managers name I’ll edit my review with their name.

If I could this company a zero star I would. The salesclerk Breanna Parra was horribly rude. We will never be back to this store as long as she is employed with the company.

Staff always gives looks & it just feels off. Yea u can hear them laughing & talking & was hard to get someone’s attention for help.

I went in to look at Forever 21's hello kitty collection to purchase a couple hello kitty mats for my daughter and nieces but could not find it so I approached who I later found out was the manager, Penny. When I asked her if she knew if the Hello kitty mats were in she told me in a very rude tone if I dont see them on the floor then they "obviously" don't have them in. I told her thank you (as I did not want to further converse with her) and she just gave me a dirty look and said something as I was walking away, but I could not make out what was said. I am not sure if she was just having a bad day but she should not bring her attitude to work and take it out on paying customers!!!! Penny is not approachable or friendly and should be retrained in customer service. I will not be going back.

I purchased 3 items online and had them delivered to the store. I noticed the price of each item was cheaper on line when I went to pick up items from the store. Once I arrived and gave my barcode to pick up I informed the cashier I'd like a price adjustment since they're cheaper. She brought back I assume her manager. I explained again and the manager was being smart mouthed asking so what do you want to do. I explained however the store does it so that that I get the lowest price. She said you'll have to do a return and huffed and puffed opening the box and slamming the items out one by one. After the return being the good manager she is not! She then informs me the store and online prices differ. Unlike Macy's they don't honor their prices online and in store. Because she could have told me that in the beginning I chose not to repurchase because of her sharp mouth and nasty attitude. Yesterday 11/12/21 at 3:30p in the afternoon and your already in a nasty mood treating customers bad. Shame on you. With stores closing I would try to be sweet as honey to bring more people in to stay in business.
