Went to this store for the first time 2 weeks ago.The lady there was super nice n helpful.She helped me pick out the perfect outfit for a weekend event I had.I’ll def be going back since they really have quality clothes,shoes and accessories.

I haven’t been in this store in ages. I have to admit they had the latest fashions and beautiful accessories. I hate picking out clothes… it’s exhausting, time consuming, and I would rather leave it to the professionals. So, these two ladies who helped me gave me great starter pieces with color and pieces to accentuate my figure. Much of my wardrobe is of darker colors. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I will definitely be back!!!

Has cute stuff but WAYYY overpriced, I know it's designer but I could get these items elsewhere for less. No way I would buy anything here! and I'm not poor, but not into wasting money either, they have a plain ugly blue t-shirt for $50, could get the same thing at Target, $300 blouses etc. not sure how they survive in Stockton, 2 stars since store looked cute. At first the girl working was helpful, then ignored us when her friends walked in the store, she was trying to push the hard sell on things we weren't even asking for and had nothing to do with what we said we were looking for. I think they are very judgmental when you walk in if you're not wearing the right clothes, too bad , apparently the return policy isn't that great and they don't take credit cards. Wow. (?)

Return policy is terrible. I have a dress that I don't feel confident in for daughter's wedding. They will not return. Only offer in store credit. Now, I have no chance of a new dress. It was my first time in and it will be my last. Certainly not women helping women consideration.

None of the employees wear masks. Absolutely disgusting considering we're still in a pandemic and so many people have passed because of people spreading the virus. I will never shop here.

I was the only person in the store, and they followed me around everywhere. Two people followed me to the back of the store. I'm a successful Executive Director of a business. I was ready buy something. I just left the store after being treated like that. I'll keep shopping in boutiques in Lodi instead. And yes I'm black.

I called on Monday and no one picked up - no message - nothing. Fina, leave a message when people call, so your customers know what your hours are, and what to do to make a reservation. I called Surla's to inquire if Fina was even open. I was told to call Fina the following day at 2:30pm, to make a reservation. I did, and spoke with a lady who took all our information down, We come 20 mins early Friday, and were told at the reception desk they have no such reservation. I explain to the receptionist what I had to do to make this reservation, and she says, "you can sit at the bar, or out in the patio". The Receptionist apologizes and once again say, "patio, or bar". We are seated at the patio, and I explained to our server our situation. She has the experience, and skills to bring the Assistant Manager, who immediately sat us down in the dining room. Your customers don't want to know what internal issues and problems you're encountering, when they make a reservation. Teach your receptionist problem resolution skills. ***Suggestion to customers: If you call to make a reservation, call a couple days before to make sure its there!*** We asked for separate checks - not possible. We were given one check and asked them to split it. Another system glitch. The food was great! Our server and Asst. Manager were excellent. We were joined by another couple, and the noise was so loud since the table was near the bar, we were not able to converse. Ask to be seated away from the bar. The tables closest to the glass kitchen, and acoustics prevent from being able to have a conversation due to noise, glass and acoustics without raising your voices. We will come back, and suggest coming to our friends. The food is great. Hopefully, they will check their reservation system to make sure it's working correctly.

Had a great chance to visit the store a few weeks ago, I could’ve spent hours there. we found so many great items. I highly suggest it and the sales staff was fabulous
