We had a great experience here. We missed a package and drove over an hour to pick it up. The person who helped us (and I apologize if I spell the name wrong) Deovion, was absolutely amazing, kind, and helpful. Please buy her a coffee, give her a raise, buy her lunch - something. The world needs more people like her.

You can always count on FedEx to be the absolute worst shipping service possible. Well at least they're consistent. I had a $500 camera being sent to me from eBay that never arrived then all the sudden a month later some shady guy in a moving truck dropped it off he had on a FedEx shirt I seen him on my security camera it was trying to cover his eyes. They are known for hiring criminals. Now I'm not even living in Stockton anymore I see my package has been routed to Stockton on the way from the Midwest and it's sitting there for 2 days you can count on it if your package is going to be transferred to Stockton before your destination you're going to be expecting delays

What I ordered from Walmart was supposed to have two day shipping then it’s held up there all day, now there saying it’s going to be here 2 days later. So my two day shipping is now four day. You guys are so stupid!

I was expecting a package with medications inside, took the day off of work and waited all day because it required a signature. I even paid extra for it. It never came. When I called CS, they couldn’t give me an answer as to why it wasn’t delivered. I needed my medications. I called again the next day and they told me to go pick it up at their facility once I get a phone call from them that it was ready for pick up, a call never came so I called back again. They said that it would be delivered. So I clarified it with them if I needed to stay home so that I can sign for it. They confirmed that it would get delivered. I waited some more and someone called me from FedEx to tell me to go pick it up. Get it together FedEx. You guys are the worse delivery service company. All of my friends, family and coworkers agree. We all have problems with FedEx ever since I can remember.

Terrible! My package, a Halloween costume that I ordered from Amazon, has been there for 10 days. The only phone number available is the FedEx customer service line that never puts me in touch with a representative but just tells me that my package is at the location it's supposed to be before going out for delivery. Amazon tells me the package may be lost and that I may contact the seller, but nowhere does it offer a refund. My best bet is to order the costume a second time, much closer to Halloween, and hope it gets here in time (I tried to order it early so this didn't happen). Now, I'm out a little over $140 and it's all thanks to the failures of this FedEx location.
