this place sucked, long lines and not sure where to go for a simple print pick up, the only reason i'm giving four starts is because Maxwell is remarkable and he helped me a lot and made my day honestly

Long lines, minimal staff. Long wait. Shipped a package today. Cost was double from a package sent last week with a 1 lb difference. Went from $35 to $80. The girl was very pleasant, but the service and cost push me back to USPS, regretfully.

They don't even open till 12 PM that's ridiculous people got things to do came all the way over there for no reason do you think they'd be open by 11am. Stop sleeping in.

I'm surprised I haven't left a review yet! I have been going to this location since 2015, and have had excellent customer service every time. John is the man! He has always gone above and beyond to make sure I get the correct help I need with all my paper needs. John has always been awesome and has always been able to turn bad days into good days! He is the BEST person to go to for all your paper needs, he knows the ins and outs of everything!! His personality is a bonus!

Good place to get many things done! I've done shopping, printing, used the internet, had invitations made, and other crafts have been printed and made here. The employees are friendly, attentive, and help you figure out exactly what you need. Printing basic things can get expensive, as I've had to rush over here when my printer was being weird, but otherwise, I highly recommend using FedEx Office!

People working at FedEx ShipSite are nice, helpful and prompt. Convenient location. No issues with parking.

I usually go to UPS for all my shipping needs, but the item I needed to shipped had to be shipped though fedex. This location is in a pretty dead lot. So parking is not a problem. Upon walking in everything is very organized to the left are like 4-6 self service fax/printing machines, straight ahead is the pack & ship. Then straight to the left (middle of store) is front desk for all your other needs. The day I walked in, I was greeted by a lady, I told her I needed 2 labels printed and to shop items. She gave me their email, I waited a few minutes there system was slow. She printed & packed both items and gave me my receipt and I was on my way. Great, fast service. I recommend this location!

I went into the store on March 3, 2022, it was not too busy at the time that I went in I was coming in to return equipment from my previous employer, I was greeted by Valerie saying "how can I help you" no hi or anything she did seem like she had a bit of an attitude but I was not there to make friends with her I was just there to ship off my equipment. Valarie asked me what was in the box and I told her computer equipment and she was trying to flip the box over and I was letting her know that that was the top of the box and the other end was the bottom. Valerie then said that she didn't know if she could ship it she would need to open it to make sure that there was enough cushion around the computers, before she opened the box she said if it's not enough cushion i would have to be charged for it and I told her that if it was too much I would just like to go ahead and send it how it's packaged. She did open the box and said it needed more packing and that it would be $45 to do so . I hadn't gotten paid yet so I told her that I would just like to go ahead and send it off that way and she begin to make up every excuse as to why she didn't wanna ship it off, she told me that "I couldn't send it that way she couldn't help me," "I needed to go down to Office Depot and see if they can send it." I told her that I can't keep walking the box back-and-forth because I sprung my back and I couldn't go down there because I needed to leave I had a family emergency. I did ask her if she could just go ahead and ship it because I did need to leave and I will just pay for it ? she walked to the back for two seconds and turn right back around and said "we don't have the box that you need so we can't help you" . I did ask her so how can I get this shipped out today? And I did tell her that the company shipped the computers to me because she kept saying "there's no way that you can ship this " Valerie said that she didn't know what to tell me because she couldn't help me, I did ask Valerie if she could please get someone else that I could talk to you? She goes and ask her coworker name Britney if she could help me as Britney's walking over I do hear Valerie explaining the situation but explaining it in the way that made her look like she didn't have an attitude and she wasn't being rude to me . I did inform Britney that I just wanted to send off the package and Valerie said that it was not possible Britney took a look and said "we can send it off for you I do apologize about that but there's nothing wrong with the box there is no damage to the box we can definitely ship it!" I agreed to have it shipped the way it is she did explain that because They didn't have the box size I needed o they could not put it in another box or add the extra packaging into my box. Brittany just informed me they would put on the box that I refused packaging due to them not having my box size. I told her that was fine,once again Britney apologized and gave me my receipt and my transaction was done within a few minutes of Brittany coming over. I have never been to this FedEx before and I've never had an experience like this with FedEx before. I think that Valerie needs to get some people skills training because she's very rude even if you hate your job the customer should never know that. I really tried to be cordial with Valerie because I worked retail since I was 19 and I know how frustrating customers can be. I don't believe that the customer is always right sometime the customer is dead wrong but in this instance Valerie was very rude and I was very dissatisfied with her our interaction. Thank you so much Brittany for your help I appreciate your kindness and assistance.

I was greeted by an associate named Jake, he was so nice, calm, PATIENT, listened to what I had to say and DID NOT rush me! He knew exactly what I wanted and worked with me! Super fast and friendly service! Thank you Jake!

I have been here before and well never really looked forward to it. This morning however was completely different Valerie helped me as well as many others in a fairly busy morning with everything everyone needed. She was clear about I will be right with you and let me pop here real quick while you choose this or that. I found her resourceful and calm in what could have easily been a stressful morning. These days having someone do their job well and not seem put out is rare! So for that reason I wanted to recognize her efforts. Great job Valerie!!

dont go here, go to office depo instead. this place wont help you if your black, they will pretend like your not there and not help you, they wouldn't even ring me up, but if i would of stole from there im sure that would of got their attention

Lazy, incompetent employees at this sad location. Slow when working, but mostly not working. This time I rushed over there, arrived 5 minutes before closing, but they locked the doors while helping other customers inside so they can be sure to leave "on-time"... I had literally one page to self-print that would've taken less than a minute.. Very annoyed I wasted the drive over and back to make it there in time. Typical, poorly managed, corporate employees that are wasting everyone's resources and my time. Gawd I hate this place and the excuses that work here.

This review is for Jake at the March Lane Stockton CA location. I came in because I needed to fax some legal documents to two different places. To be honest, I didn't realize how expensive faxing is because when I do it at work, it's obviously free. So when I discovered it was going to be closer to $50, I wasn't exactly happy...but being that they were legal documents, and they were incredibly time sensitive, I didn't have much of a choice. When I asked for assistance, Jake asked if there was any way we could email the documents instead, since a single scanned paper costs less than $0.50 whereas a faxed paper costs $2.50/paper. I hadn't even thought of emailing because both companies I needed to send my documents to only told me about fax. So he recommended I call them and just see...which I did, and lo and behold, YES I could email! He helped me get my stuff scanned through and emailed to myself so I could send them on. He saved me roughly $45 today! Thank you so much Jake. You really helped me today, even if it seems like a small thing. I also noticed how attentive you were to the other customers in the building and how quick you were at assisting everyone. If I need to do anything like this again, I'll definitely come back.
