The service here was amazing! I’m a single mom of two so it’s hard for me to do repairs on my car, but Klent was understanding and amazing he worked with my budget and was able to fix my car in a day so that I can go back to work. They are all so friendly and honest. Definitely will recommend this Familia!

I came here, thinking I needed an alternator. They tested my alternator and my battery and it turned out. My alternator was fine. I just needed a new battery. I appreciate the honesty and the constant communication. This is a business you can trust.

I brought my 2013 Impala because I kept getting low voltage I took my car here to get checked and they were super kind Klent was the one who helped friendly and HONEST I have had such bad luck with shops/mechanics/dealers that this experience was foreign for me that i could actually cry ? with joy with how simple smooth great and AUTHENTIC experience I had here with my car i have a child with disabilities and my car is our lifeline I hope they are blessed abundantly! I definitely will be back! The only place I will take my cars moving forward!

Went to this place for the first time yesterday to get my brakes replaced which I thought I needed it because of the squeaking. I don’t know much about cars and they could’ve took advantage of that but instead, they informed me that I did not need my brakes replaced yet and they stopped the squeaking. Very professional well, an up kept place. I will definitely be back for anything else that I need done for my car and also will be referring all family to them.

My car was making a loud noise, so I brought it to Familia to see what they could do. Klent, the owner, helped me out right away, and diagnosed the issue as soon as he opened the hood. He got my A/C compressor fixed in a day, and gave me a really good price! Klent was very communicative, and helpful, and had my car ready when he said he would. I will be making Familia my go to mechanic for my car and my wife's car!

I've finally found a local place to go to.
Klent was the person who I was mainly speaking with, and guided me through the entire process, from diagnosis to the solution.
The process to get an appointment and get my car checked out was fast, and the prices are very reasonable. It's clear that they value their customers and care about their work.
I cannot recommend this place enough, and will be returning here for service as long as I'm in the area.

Very trustworthy shop. They have serviced my brakes, oil changes, and even other repairs when my car overheated. If there is something the shop doesn’t do, they can recommend other trusted businesses to go to. The shop even offers a loyalty program for oil changes. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Can’t say this enough, most trustworthy automotive shop experienced every time. I live in the East Bay and yes, I drive out this way to get my services done here.
When in doubt, Klent goes over the entire process, from diagnosis to the solution, as well as discussing all options with his best recommendations. And prices are very reasonable.
Jocelyn has helped many times, even on short notice, to make the process easy from getting an appointment and have an estimated finish date/time. Everyone here is great and awesome customer service.
I cannot recommend this place enough. I always leave with a peace of mind that my car was in good hands.

It's so hard to find a reliable, honest mechanic. I'm so glad that I found Familia. They obviously know what they're doing, and there was no push to upsell or do unnecessary repairs. It was so refreshing. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
