Good reception, good staff working, good work, everything is magnificent, it is my favorite salon, I recommend it, you will not regret it, not like others who go and they don't even greet you and they don't even want to serve you, it was my worst experience that I had with a friend when she went to the Beauty salon him and her, very bad service, the staff doesn't even greet you and if you don't make an appointment they take you back, the worst thing I've ever seen,

I don't recall leaving the USA when entering this place but sure felt like it! They did what they wanted when cutting my daughters hair luckily she's not that picky just like me but definitely not worth how much I paid $25 for a cut.

I went there and they take wayyyyyyy to long and some of the staff are just walking around and dont acknowledge you and when I did get the haircut they use someone new to train on me and mess up and want 20 bucks and messing up smh.... No bueno

I went in for a simple Haircut, the only guy that works there was extremely unprofessional. He was training another employee and used my hair as an example. You would expect him to try his best, but it was the complete opposite. I always get the same haircut, and it usually takes other hair stylist 15, to 20 min max to cut it, because I have a lot of hair. He took only 5 minutes!! I ended up with lopsided hair, that literal looked like a cow had chewed off bits of it here and there. To make things worse, he straightened my hair after I repeatedly told him not too. He wanted to charge me $35 dollars for an awful haircut. I only payed him $5. I cried all day because I had to go to a family wedding the day of. I will never go back there again.

The team that was working were very nice, music was uplifting and my hair came out fabulous. It was done by Claudia and she is super caring while doing your hair.
