Hhmm.. where to start?Well let me tell you, when someone is looking to rent a truck, obviously that person doesn't have one to get the job done.The ladies at this particular location made my job so easy, Kathleen helped me from the beginning to the end .Her service was SUPERB,It was my first time renting a 3/4 ton pick up and it was the easiest thing I've done.Thanks to all the ladies at the Lathrop location. Great job

These guy's are big frauds even i replaced the rear view mirror whole frame and let them know i replaced if i broke and they agreed with everything i have proof of online order from where i bought and fixed by myself now after 4-5 months they sending me email of invoice for fixing the already fixed frame and with pictures which i sended to them when the incident happened that’s what they doing Even already charged me almost $5500 on closing time and refuse to give me truck afterwards . These guys charged me alot extra charges.don't ever go to this branch.

Great experience renting from Enterprise Truck rental. Excellent customer service!! From the minute I walked in was greeted by Andrew and the process was easy and simple and friendly! The truck ran very smooth no issues at all very clean and everything operated very well. I highly recommend enterprise truck rental on Manthey Road they are top notch!
