My boyfriend tried too go in there too get his chains cleaned and they turned him right around because of his skin color not because he stole anything or was being disrespectful just simply off of his appearance and skin color , so NO I do not recommend going there too purchase any jewelry because they do discriminate .

This is an updated experience. Things started well, but efforts to connect over a period of time, went downhill. We were hoping for more mutual understanding, respect and a true long term relationship, but only encountered frustrations in the tone of the staff's responses, when simply trying to keep connected because of being further away, lacking ability to drop by often (and not wanting to spend on things we don't need - especially as enthusiasts and actual paying customers).

I came in last minute for a Vday gift! A gentleman Bal Singh was awesome and I gave him an idea of what I was looking for/ why "I really had no idea for what I needed" he understood exactly and was able to guide me to the perf gifts! He also was able to help me within my budget and did not try to push me into something I didn't need or want. That is the reason I decided to write this review. Thanks a lot I'll definitely be shopping here for now on.

My husband bought my engagement ring here when they were still at the mall in 1995. We’ve been going there since and purchased 3 Rolex watches and various other jewelry. It’s our favorite jewelry store. We miss Kevin and wish him much happiness in his retirement.

I’m visiting from Los Angeles, and I needed something fast and simple done and Anthony at DeVons was professional, fast ,friendlyand really went up and beyond. Being from LA, I’m not used to this kind of service, I envy those who live here who get to see them more often! Highly recommend.

Devon's Team (at all levels) is highly professional and the most customer centric group of professionals I have come across.After years of trying to approach many ADs to find something I have desired / loved, for a long time and losing hope, I came across the Devon's team and have to say, I have never seen any other team that will really invest in understanding the customer pain-points and getting them to a happy point.Sometimes all of us doubt that we will ever be lucky enough to find something we were looking for a long time and have a lot of questions (especially when that thing is about to become a reality - it is almost unreal to believe), but I would say, work with the Devon's team (especially David & Anthony) and place your trust in their professionalism / mission to provide each customer the best service in their capacity.I wish I had found them years ago.-----UPDATE:And it was a tremendous pleasure meeting Anthony (& Rosie). They couldn't be nicer and courteous. Anthony personally sized the watch and took time to share important details / features.Thank you again Devon's team (David, Anthony, Rosie and everyone) for making something I have searched for years a possibility, and having a professional / friendly outlook in helping all Customers alike.

A few months ago, I went to DeVons with my husband to pick up his timepiece. While we were there he wanted to surprise me with a gift for our upcoming anniversary. There was so much to choose from and I just wasn’t sure which particular model to get.Dylan was there to help me with my decision. I’m sure it was not easy since I was having a hard time deciding but he was incredibly patient and friendly. He took time to explain the differences between the watches on my wishlist and also provided me with a few of the exhibition models on hand to try out. After coming down to my decision, Dylan put me on the waitlist.During this waiting period, Dylan would reach out and provide updates without me having to ask. He was very proactive and went above and beyond to keep me in the loop. After a few months passed my timepiece arrived. After trying it on Dylan made sure to have it adjusted to my satisfaction.This watch means a lot to me, and I am grateful that Dylan was able to locate the watch and have it arrive before our anniversary. All in all my husband and I are extremely satisfied and we will definitely be back.Thank you Dylan! We appreciate your professionalism, amazing customer service, and you taking the time to make sure we had an enjoyable experience at DeVons.

I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation about the history and functionality of each Rolex watch. ATT: DeVons Jewelers Stockton location (Management);David Hansen is your greatest salesman and representative! I admire his vast knowledge of the Rolex Brand, his passion and enthusiasm for the history and prestige that is Rolex. Each and every time myself or myself and my lady friend visit with him. It's like attending church as we learn new and interesting facts about the Rolex brand.To the extent that I find myself often changing my mind on what watch I thought I wanted, verse what watch I actually need for my collection! David is both personable and professional. In the way you would expect of a minister or chef, not in a pretentious way one would see of a high-end Car Salesman or God forbid a discount weapons dealer from some B- Sci-Fi Series like the Expanse or Firefly.Management of this location, please recognize David for all he has done for the establishment, and know. He has made a lifelong customer out of me.

I’ve been into the store on many occasions and the staff especially Anthony have been very kind and informative. Anthony is very knowledgeable about the Rolex brand and I’ve been able to get so much information to help me decide on a timepiece . He’s personally reached out to me when a watch becomes available and I can’t wait to hear from the team soon for my next purchase! Highly recommend this store

I have always hesitated to visit any of the authorized dealers in the bay area due to their lack of customer service. I've noticed it would be especially terrible if you were not a VIP or have not had any purchasing history there. So last year while searching for a timepiece, I decided to check out other reputable establishments. I found DeVons based on Google reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. I reached out to them regarding a timepiece that I had been searching for. After sending an email. Anthony replied to my email promptly and kindly invited me into the store to discuss more about the timepiece. A few days later, I came to the store and Dylan made me feel welcome when I arrived at the store. We talked about the watch that I was looking for, but sadly I was informed that the watch wasn't available. Dylan is a true professional and knowledgeable, instead of stopping there Dylan was so thoughtful to let me try on the exhibition model, provided all of the details of the watch, and put me on the list for the watch afterward. During the interim Dylan would constantly check in and provide status updates. A week ago, I received a missed call and message from Dylan, and to my luck and excitement, he told me that the watch was available.And even if the timepiece never came back in stock I would still continue to go to DeVons for future purchases/inquiries. The team there definitely goes above and beyond. They are friendly and take time to listen. They won’t try to pressure you or push you into another product.Thank you again Dylan for your utmost professionalism, for taking time to keep me updated, and of course assisting me with my timepiece. Also thank you to Anthony and Dave for arranging the pickup. You guys are awesome and an asset to DeVons.` I appreciate all your help. I look forward to doing business with you guys again!
