Unprofessional, if you plan on working here don't. Management is bad, don't plan on getting a text message saying they have received your check because they won’t even notify you. I have been waiting for my check 3 weeks now and they never notified me that they had it. Also they are very disrespectful, Nallely will call coworkers stupid infront of customers. There is no emotional inteligence nor professionalism at this cite. Employees there are very hateful if you are doing amazing, so there is no recognition what so ever. The company just cares about how much money you can make them, nothing else. They don't care about the employees

Absolutely horrible, I do not recommend. Took two hours to buy a ring, because nobody knew how to ring it up. Had to call other stores for assistance. Then I went to return the ring, due to my own reasons. Took another 2 hours because they didn't know how to return it, and had to call around for help AGAIN. Do not let people stay in the store, by themselves if they're not properly trained !

I went to have a couple links removed from my bracelet a job that is usually a 15.00 -$20.00 job. The clerk first quoted $15.00 and two weeks when she asked the manager he hemmed and hawed and proceeded to tell me it was $40.00! Beware this place! I also didn't appreciate the manager's comment that the repair cost was probably more than my bracelet was worth!

Haven't been to a jewelry store in years. When I walked into Daniel's, I was greeted by a young lady named Makayla, she was super friendly and helpful. In the course of two days, she worked tirelessly in making my purchase selection and financing doable. Just when I thought the deal was not going to go through, she came through and made it happen. If you even happen to go into this store, I highly recommend this amazing young lady. I will not hesitate to visit again, when I need jewelry. Thank you you for all your hard work! You have a new loyal customer.

Getting my jewelry during a pandemic was a hassle! I'm so glad I chose to shop with Daniel's Jewelers. They treated me the best during this rough time. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I got my jewelry during this pandemic for my birthday. This is the best customer service I've experienced. This definitely is now my jewelry home. I believe that there products are of low quality. I purchased my wife a ring she had wanted for a long time. Actually it was the stone that interested her not that particular ring. I never did research on it so trusted the main associate who was the manager. I thought I was getting a good deal with the negotiated price. When it came to actually purchasing the ring I had to buy a 300 dollar warranty. A couple of months later four of the surrounding diamonds were lost. The only reason I gave the one star is because of the warranty I had to buy. I now understand why we are forced to buy that warranty.
