Let me rephrase my review then. To the Hispanic big guy at the desk with scar or scab on his hand that didn’t want to bother to help us . We are planning a brand new kitchen and he insisted we take measurements or he will go take measurements of our old kitchen EVEN THOUGH we are NOT following the old kitchen design , even with all explanation he just didn’t seem like he wanted to do his job can’t even answer simple questions about anything like telling us wrong made up measurements .is he pretending he doesn’t know anything ?or he simply doesn’t want to help us, either way next time please let people know you don’t want to customers so we don’t have to waste our time and take our business else where. There are many better places in Stockton with better customer service and prices don't bother with this place

Finding great help is becoming a rare thing now in days, until we meet Karina at the Stockton D&M. she is very knowledgeable in her field of work, eager to help, and has tons of patience with our customers. She is quick to respond to our questions even on her days off. The items we order come exactly the way she designed and matches our request perfectly. Karina is diamond in the rough, and D&M is very lucky to have her in the front. because of her Jimenez & sons construction will always come back to D&M.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Karina at D&M Kitchen and Bath, and I must say, she exceeded all my expectations. The president of the company named Dennis Almeida. I had a conversation with him today regarding the estimate I received and I didn’t understand why it was different from the first estimate in May.When I spoke to him on the phone he was cocky and rude, and very defensive at the beginning. I told Dennis, I didn’t understand and he wanted to come back with a comment. Well, I don’t understand why” You don’t understand. I proceeded to tell him, and he was very condescending with his reply. From the start back in May with my husband came to this location in Stockton. They couldn’t even find the paperwork that should’ve been a clue to me. He acted as if he didn’t want to speak to me because I’m a woman. He indicated twice about speaking to my husband. I said well he’s at work. So then he proceeded to tell me he will speak to my husband tomorrow. My husband emailed him and obviously he’s not understanding where we’re coming from the lack of customer service and the lack was out the door. He can care less if we proceeded with this project. If you want to be confident in their work I wouldn’t recommend this company at all . This is long sorry but this could have been longer, I am so disgusted with this company stay away.

The showroom was nice and front desk lady was friendly and helpful with any questions I had regarding all the display. Looking forward doing business with them on remodeling my bathroom.

Excellent company to deal with. Found the owner (Dennis) and his crew to be very knowledgeable in kitchen and bathroom remodeling and design. They have high quality products. They are prompt and thorough. Their office manager at the Stockton store, Karina, is very diligent and professional. She is polite and knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. Provides excellent follow ups and very proactive. High recommend this company for all kitchen and bathroom remodels.

I, 100% recommend this place. I went to four different places before coming here. Their customer service is amazing and their prices are great too. Karina and Crystal answered all my questions promptly. Martin did an amazing job cutting and installing my quartz. People like them make the company thrive. Thanks again for ur help :).

If you are planning a remodel, contracting with D & M Kitchen is a must. Karina and Dennis were outstanding to work with through our entire project. We are pleased with their work and follow-up, Dennis came through when unexpected items popped up. They are our go to for all future projects!

Our experience with D&M was extraordinary. It started when we dropped into their showroom unannounced. The staff took an immediate interest in our project, which involved a complete renovation of our kitchen and the installation of a bar in another room. They contacted Dennis, who promptly came to our home. He listened to our vision and offered ideas and options. In that very first contact, Dennis sold us on his sincerity, flexibility, and professionalism. He then referred us back to his Stockton staff, who collaborated with us to make our product selections and develop the design. Within a couple of weeks, we had his proposal in hand, which turned out to be significantly lower than the competition. A few weeks later, the demolition and construction began - and one month after that the project was completed. We are thrilled with the results! Both the kitchen and the bar are absolutely beautiful. Dennis organizes his employees into teams. The office staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and communicative. Each of his construction teams have specialties. These teams move in and out of the process seamlessly. We found all the D&M employees to be skilled, friendly, and courteous. When it comes time to renovate our bathrooms, we will certainly be calling D&M.

Kitchen was remodeled by Dennis and crew spring of 2020. There where a couple of issued when complete and Dennis took care of them. Now we notice the paint coming off one of the cabinets and a crack going across another cabinet. We can't get help with issue. Dennis has made 2 different appointments to look at cabinets, husband left work early one day for and Dennis never showed up...why. We have 2 bathrooms, and flooring we need done I thought we had found a great company...disappointing. We referred family to them... embarrassing
