I did my photo order here and it took two days for some same day prints crazy and every time I would call trying to see what was taking so long the woman or girl who picked up the phone would say well that's a lot of photos..I only had 57 print'snot alot at all..I've had orders to other places had well over 100+ and was done with in the hour gotta say I don't think I'ma ever go back to this location for my photos needs again

CVS being my Insurances OTC Provider, is useless‼️ To start finding their STORE BRAND OTC PRODUCTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED IN STOCK, AND IF IN STOCK, THEY'RE COVERED BY SALE TAGS KEEPING THEM FROM BEING EASILY FOUND. BUT, THE WORST IS THAT THEIR CASHIERS DON'T KNOW HOW TO APPLY MY OTC BENEFIT FOR THE TRANSACTION‼️

I did a photo order and when I picked up it was never done, even though I got the email saying it was.Also what's wrong with customer service it isn't like it use to be. I received a call saying my order was ready even though on Sunday they said they would cancel it because the machine was broken, so I called to talk to someone didn't let me finish talking and put me on hold. One of the worst CVS I've been too and won't go back.

I don't have an issue with the staff nor with the pharmacy. I take issue with the excessive amounts of trash all over the parking lot, the pharmacy drive-thru and what's left of the planters surrounding the lot. This particular CVS is shabby, to say the least and it's sad that nothing is done about it, year after year.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I have been tolerating their awful service for a while since it's next to the bus stop, but they've given me the run around so many times that I just can't take it anymore.Things they've done:- Just not filling a prescription (at least 1 out of the 4 is almost always missing or having some issue)- Lying that my manufacturer discount for Vyvanse has expired because they didn't know how to input the code (it expires 2 years from now)- Lying that my manufacturer discount for Vyvanse is "not usable for Vyvanse", just because they didn't feel like trying to input the code again- Lying that my insurance doesn't cover my meds because they forgot to run it through and didn't want to admit that- Lying that my card on their database had expired when placing an order through the phone (it expires in 2024)- Always having just the worst attitude, like seriously they seem miserableI haven't experienced a single one of these issues with any other pharmacy, and I've been to several others. I had no idea that a pharmacy could be this bad - every time there's been an issue I've just assumed it must have been a fluke or a bad day or something and carried on. But it's like this every time. Please, go somewhere else and save your time and energy.

I went into pick up prescriptions. When one was not there, I asked and was told my doctor didn't request it. After contacting my doctor I was told to call this CVS. After being treated like a waste of time, they admitted they had "missed" the perception. So another Uber to pick up the prescription. I asked to speak to the pharmacist; this man was so arrogant and didn't even offer an explanation or apology. He said I should have asked... I had and was told I would need to get into a different line to inquire why the prescription "wasn't there". After waiting 15 minutes, I left. His demeanor from being told a customer needed to speak to him was dreadful. I said that was the last overpriced subscription I would fill at CVS. The pharmacist did do "something". He contact my doctor telling him I wouldn't be filling prescriptions at CVS. Too bad he couldn't manage his job of filling desperately needed prescriptions. We have loads of pharmacies in town, choose anyone but here.

I came in to pick up my prescription and it was very busy. I thought the process would take a really long time but luckily I was being helped by Kyle. A bunch of the other workers kept coming up to him for help, it seemed as if he was the only one who knew what to do in this place. He had very good customer service skills as we were talking and he was making sure I was taken care of. I have never been to this pharmacy before but I will definitely make it back here in hopes that he will be here to assist me. He needs a raise!

Literally awful. I waited for 20+ minutes at photo for an order pick up. They rang up at least 10-15 customers and never even came up to help me. I even asked a worker if that's where I picked up photos and he replied yes and never came over to help. Glad I didn't pay online and chose to pay when I picked up. I will never order photos here again, and won't be picking up my order.
