Went for my annual eye exam and was pleased to find out they had new owners. New doc was very efficient, knowledgable, intelligent and friendly. I was extremely pleased.

The same people as Lodi took over the Stockton location. The Dr is awesome. They run on time there. My appt was at 12 noon. and that's when they Called me into the office. Its nice to have multipule locations to go to.

I love Costco My problem is the associates attitude. I wish I can do everything like shelf cashier and don't need to deal with there rude attitude.

I went there with my wife yesterday. I tried to buy a glasses for my wife. And then the lady said they can not sell me the glasses because my wife doesn’t have her name on a membership card. I told her I had it. I bought it for my wife as a gift. She said no. They need my wife get the other membership card. Can not understand.

Dr. Fong is a stone-faced, rude, unprofessional and despicable person, and you don't expect his receptionist to be any better. I gave him a 15 minutes lecture for his behavior but he seems to be insensitive to any kind of criticism. His last prescription, made at Costco (Stockton) gave me trouble and this time I had to ask for a credit for my glasses. I guess most people go to him for the convenience of being at the premises of Costco. However, now the new staff at optical center is also careless, cavalier in their attitude and unprofessional compared to ten years ago or more. Stockton Costco should pay attention to the behavior of its handsomely paid staff who are not as courteous as they used to be.

There are always really long lines. The employees are usually pretty rude too. Except for one employee that I've experienced that was lovely. But overall a dreadful experience.

I am reviewing the Optical Dept not the Dr's office. They are very helpful, professional and take the time to assist you in choosing frames, lenses and getting the best purchase if you have vision insurance. Great selection of frames and contacts. Prices are wonderful. Please give associate Junior a raise! He's hands down the best of the bunch. He goes above and beyond in customer service and satisfaction.

Took my mom to this optometrist as my mom wanted some glasses. Mind you, my mom is in her 80s, doesn't speak too much English as well. I was there the whole time to interpret for my mom. The way he spoke and the tone he spoke in to my mom was very, VERY unprofessional. In the middle of the exam, I wanted to just tell my mom, "let's just leave..." because of his attitude towards us. We chose Costco because of the great customer service we get all their employees, but I guess when they're independent from the company they can do as they please. I can feel the difference how he treated us versus his previous pt. to his next. His next pt. also did not speak great English, and I heard the same tone I heard with my mom with the next pt. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS OPTOMETRIST TO ANYONE....NONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS NOR FRIENDS WILL BE GOING TO SEE HIM!!!!

We were on time, n still got into the appointment late.
Dr. Fong was rude, asked if we still wanted to be seen even after a 45min wait(appt.3:30pm). Uh Duh! We still here. We was rude n made us feel uncomfortable. Nxt time I'll take my business elsewhere.

Doctor Fong and the girl at the front desk are very unprofessional first and last time at this place, if you dont understand medical terms and ask him to explain he might just go outside to the front desk and laugh with his assistant about it, such a small space I was able to hear everything!

her name is regina! she said i can see u complain alot.i couldn't believe she said that!! she so rude & treats u terrible! i think shes burned out & needs to get in another department that doesnt invole good paying customers!!!!
