Customer service is great. All the inventory is neatly setup and I appreciated that it was not overly cluttered. Inventory varies but they have a little bit of everything; so everyone in your party will surely find something they like. Some furniture is new, other is used but the price signs inform you exactly what you are buying. Inspect items thoroughly as I learned that the hard way with a side table I purchased. Seems like the previously used items usually have some defect and I didn't notice until I was unloading at home. Other than that, I love this place.

I recently went to this location a couple of times in the past few weeks. First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the store. Also, everyone inside was wearing masks. I immediately felt relieved that the folks there are complying with safety protocols and this allowed me to take my time inside. During my first evening visit, I went to test the Cal King Dream Retreat Perfect Sleeper that is currently on mark down. The comfort was to my liking, but I had some concerns about buying a used mattress. The gentleman (I believe manager...sorry I'm blanking on his name) took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He assured me that these mattresses were previous rentals to another CORT customer (and not hotels or high volume places thankfully!). Prior to pickup, the mattress and box spring are inspected for cleanliness, damage and signs of insects. If any fail, then it's not picked up right off the bat. The mattresses/boxsprings that pass the first check are inspected a second time back at the warehouse and sanitized with an alcohol based disinfectant. After being cleaned they are individually wrapped in plastic film to safely store. I continued to browse and asked questions about other items. I enjoyed the fact that the employees did not use "high-pressure" sales tactics. For my second visit, I came back to purchase and pick-up the mattress and box springs (Cal King has two). Unfortunately, I totally underestimated the size of the mattress set and figured it would not fit in the bed of my truck. Rob and the manager from my previous visit agreed and advised me that it would not be safe to have the set hanging off the truck bed. I began to stress out over the thought of having to arrange a moving truck rental or pay the CORT delivery fee (flat fee but steep for just a mattress). To my surprise, Rob recommended the Lugg option (basically an Uber for bulky item delivery). The manager remembered it was my second visit there and didn't want me to walk away empty handed, so we were able to work out a discount on the delivery fee. I was blown away! I could not refuse the deal and Rob rang me up and took care of the delivery logistics (side note: there is a $10.50 state mandated fee per piece of mattress/box spring...thanks Gov. Newsom /sarcasm). Bottom line: I highly recommend this location and had an awesome experience here. I will gladly do business with them in the future and will be recommending to my friends and family. To the Cort Outlet team - Please keep up the great work and thanks again!

Ya buy stuff there and they take 5 days to deliver it. Turtle like pace for people that need furniture. If you're gonna sell then you have to be able deliver timely also. Add to the price if you have to.

The showroom is easy to navigate and Jeff was wonderfully helpful; however, when I picked up my sleeper sofa it had a hole in the front side. It's still wrapped in plastic, so I assume it happened while sitting on its side the warehouse. Update: Carlos is awesome and exchanged out the sofa. Awesome customer service.

My wife and I visited the store about a week ago neither of us had ever been there b4 our sales person was Jesse and he was wonderful we bought a few very nice things at an unbeatable price. Thank you jesse

Avoid this place! This store is run by Carlos R, a sarcastic store manager with an attitude and should not be in this position. The furniture they rent out are sadly deficient and are similar to the one anyone can find at a Salvation Army store. When we flip one of the furnishings over, we found damaged and stained areas! We left the store in a hurry!

My mom and I are so grateful to Cort Furniture. We recently relocated to Sacramento and were in desperate need of quality affordable furniture. Jesse DeLuna came to our rescue! He was able to get us a dining room set, leather living room couch, brand new queen size bedroom set (dresser, headboard, frame, brand new mattress, and box spring) all under our budget. He had gotten the delivery scheduled for just two days after we picked everything out with him! Not to mention he also got us lamps and artwork! Our delivery drivers were super courteous and professional. They were unable to hang the picture Jesse got for us at court above the couch, but Jesse himself is coming by to do it for us himself! I would recommend Jesse and CORT to anyone!!

Only my second time in but each time it's been a pleasure. No hassle, great customer service and relaxed vibe. Today I got a "STEAL DEAL" on a microwave! I couldn't let it go. More furniture at UNBELIEVABLE prices (seriously). !! I'll be back! S/O to Jesse who was GREAT at assisting me today

I came in looking for a desk and although I didn't find what I was looking for Jesse was amazing! He took his time showing me around what was available and let me know that new items do come in frequently. I'll be back in the near future in hopes of finding my perfect piece. I know people are quick to complain when they don't find what they want but I wanted to take the time to say how much I appreciated the undivided attention Jesse gave me and my son.

Jesse welcomed us in, and me and my family have never been here before. He had very good customer service. He let us know about all of the current promotions, which we had no idea about. We were considering going to ikea for our purchase, but he made the experience effortless and ended up making the purchase. We will definitely consider for any other future purchases.
