Refund policy not explained at the point of sale. The company will not allow returns and will only allow for exchanges for greater value one time. Spent 7000 on mattress that is not satisfactory.

I went to 10 stores and seen this place at the stoplight I never knew this place was here. Great staff and they had what I was looking for. They delivery was on time. Great customer service all around. The manager and his helper set it up very fast . I will be back if I ever need another mattress. I highly recommend this... read full comment

5 stars for curtis and his customer service alone, i didn't end up making a purchase and he was totally ok with that , he didn't try to upsell me or let me buy something i wouldn't be happy with in the long run , his personality alone made me a satisfied almost customer lol
