Hi-tech brand new gas station, but something needs to be done about the poor customer service. The car wash wasn’t working, and the attendant refused to refund my money. Not going there again.

Make sure you ask for your receipts because they OVERCHARGE you. Also, to the employee the guy in grey shirt that work at 9pm tonight 7/5 who was mopping didn’t bother to put up signs. The audacity to ask my child and I to hurry up so he can closed the area. The first and last time I will be giving business to this Chevron. If you’re going be rude to people who comes in and buys from your store and have horrible customer service than find a new job.

They've got everything you could think of in the extra store.
I haven't seen this gas station this busy since it opened last week.

There has prices can be deceptive, you MUST read the fine print. Yet the employees seem to be doing the best they can..... Makes you wonder why a big company such as Chevron can't keep the community together and lead the way in cleaning things up, God knows they can afford it financially.

Pulled up to two pumps and both looked like they have been there for decades, of course both pumps didn't work. Didn't go to a 3rd pump, they lost my business. Ironic about the person commenting on them freaking out about no mask from another customer..they need to practice what they preach. Just avoid if you can, it seems to be doing ok, which means no investment back into thier business. Do you want to support a business like that? Chances are pretty high your card will hit a skimmer at this location. Just avoid

Gas pumps frequently out or service. Pin pads never working properly, buttons sometimes do not work or pad does not function. Employees do not put signs or do not care much to fix them even after letting them know.

Oh lord i wish i had seen these reviews beforehand. Tried to go to kellys but line was extremely long, came here instead. $13.99 for a hand wash. Paid, got in line. After 15 min the line had barely moved, i was running late so i said forget it, i have my receipt ill just come back tomorrow. It is now the next day , it is now 35 min later and i still have 2 cars in front of me. NEVER AGAIN!!! Why did they convert this to a hand wash , shouldve left it as a simple , drive thru car wash. Other people were pissed off as well. The problem is they are hand washing, but then it also runs thru the auto wash, it just takes too long and this facility is too small , cant support the long line of cars, Just change it back . Its is now 50 min later and theyre finally drying my car

The ONE TIME I don't wear my mask, they make a big deal about it. Meanwhile, there was a female employee of middle eastern descent behind the counter who was not wearing her mask. And, another customer came out of the store who was not wearing his mask. If you're going to enforce something, enforce it for everyone, especially employees.
