I had a fender bender . Took my car here . The staff was professional and highly competent! Ask for Mike Smith .. he knows what he is doing ! My car was taken care of and they updated me multiple times on the progress . My car almost looks new .. you would never know how much damage was done . Highly recommend!

My vehicle has been with them since late October and they haven’t finished nor have they been able to give me any status updates after multiple calls. I chose this place because it was one of two locations that are part of Geico’s repair system. I highly suggest looking elsewhere for repairs. Update 2/2/2024 I was finally able to pick up my vehicle. In December individuals broke into their lot and stole my vehicle and damaged it further. They were able to recover the vehicle and have repaired it to OEM specifications. I am changing this rating from a 1 star to a 2 star.

Poor service, you constantly have to call and check to see your vehicle status. It’s always hear say back and forth with insurance and the body shop. Remember to read what you sign because they are not liable if repairs go over 30 days and your rental will be at your expense.

This is an update. After the horrible service from Certified Collision Center with my sunroof I found McSparrin Glass Company in Stockton. 5 minutes after hearing from Paul that he couldn't find my parts and the glass due to supply and demand issues??! I called McSparrin and they had the parts and made an appointment with me. As of today, they repaired my car after just having it for 2 days. They were so professional with great service. Speedy and with warrantee. They were also priced better and parts from the Ford dealership not after market parts.I have to say it was such a difference in work, attitude, service, honesty, and just overall quality work at McSparrin Glass Company. If I could give Certified Collision a lower mark, I would. It was such a bad experience and it cost me so much money to pay for my rental car for extra days due to Paul and his horrible service.

Customer service is amazing and communication is fantastic. Very professional & friendly team!I would have gave 5 stars, but, when I got my car back the Lexus emblem was replaced with a used one which was scratched.The paint color did not match the current car color. It was very noticeable in the sun which is why I wonder why they would give it back to me that way. I called immediately and was asked to bring my car back so they can see what i was talking about. They confirmed the paint difference verbally and said they would call back next week to bring my car again once they found the correct color match. Im happy with how responsive they are and how well the communication is but it is very inconvenient to have to deal with the back and forth and to play the waiting game. This is the week they should be calling me back to fix the paint. Im hopefully they will correct the issues as promised. Ill keep you posted with another review soon.

Great place to get vehicle fixed or painted fast service and keep you updated always with the process and always call you back if you get a rental car from enterprise thy bring it to the shop no need to travel no where else

To the attendants working the shop, thank you for ruining my 15 year anniversary. You failed to inform us that the car would be ready on Monday instead of Friday. We are out of a car till then. Thanks again. :)

My car got broken into on February 4 of this year and the only place I could think of at the time was Certified Collision because it was right around the corner from my house so it got towed over there on February 6 and within two weeks I called to see what was going on and they told me they shipped it off to Certified Collision in Galt which they never called to let me know that my car was being towed over there so over the next two months between certified there and certified Stockton was such a horrible experience that I had to chase my car around never got any phone calls or anything on what was going down with my car who had it who didn't have it where it was it's another place I will never recommend

Came to this shop because it's a Geico Xpress auto shop. Unfortunately there was nothing express about the experience. The bumper repair on the Infiniti QX80 turned from a week job to over a month. Kept calling for updates and they were always waiting for a new part to arrive. Joe the manager is great and replaced the tail late they broke while working on the repair. They made light scratches on the rear quarter panel which Joe offered to buff out as a customer courtesy though his shop created them. They never buffed it out but said the car was ready to pick up. The reviews don't lie, stay away from this shop if you have a nice vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give it zero stars I would. My Tahoe went in to replace a door that took over a month which would've been fine I know car parts sometimes take time to receive. I called for updates and never received calls back from Joe. My tire was replaced because it was slashed somehow. My interior back seat was replace because somehow someone ripped a hole in the upholstery. I get my (black) Tahoe back and there's white paint on my front and back fender like someone ran over paint. This place has horrible customer service. My suggestion is take full video of how your vehicle looks before you drop it off here.
