I took my 2012 Honda CRV in for an oil change which was 10,000 miles past when it should have been done and Juan, the Assistant Manager, went way above and beyond his duties when he saw that the pan on the bottom of my engine area was loose and some clips had broken off. He fixed it and did not charge me, and it could have fallen off and possibly hit a car if he hadn't attached the missing clips. He is such a sweet and caring person for taking the time to fix it for me.The Zoom car wash with their business also did an excellent job cleaning the inside of my car. I live 5 hours north of Stockton but visit my daughter who lives here 5 or 6 times a year and will do all of my oil top offs and changes here, along with the full service Zoom car wash.

Horrible serviceVery Expensive cost.After oil change is done, engine alert showed up telling me oil change is needed. Car keep making alert messages to stop and pull over and change oil. They claimed they can’t fix it or make messages disappear or reset the button. They need me to go to BMW dealer. Simple thing they can’t do. Wast of my money and waste of my time. Horrible service.I highly recommend not to use them.Service: Oil change

First time there, excellent service. Oil change with free car wash and vacuuming. I am very pleased with this company and definitely will be coming back.
