“My mom and I love coming to this location to wash our vehicles. We always have great customer service, and everyone is very welcoming as well. However, we were just there yesterday getting our car washed. My mom always go through the non member side. She told the gentleman who was waiting on her that she didn't want to do the membership at this time. The employee literally kept asking her about 4 or 5 times why don't you want to do the membership. She kept telling him no. We don't come as often for us to use the membership. It wouldn't make sense for us to purchase it. It really made my mom uncomfortable and pressured. But were still going to come back and give them your business.”

“Excellent service! Very easy to schedule and the owner communicates very well. Also upfront with the cost without any hidden fees. If you’re local, they will drive to your place and will do the work at the comfort of your own driveway which is a major plus. “This car wash is by far the safest in stockton. Well lit at night. Fair prices even though their prices just went up. The owner takes great care in ensuring the vending machines are always stocked, machines kept running and the parking lot clean. There are a few homeless in the area but they keep to themselves for the most part.”
“Marina Express exceeded our expectations. The attendant sprayed and brushed the front and back of our car which had a good amount of insect debris from our last trip. He also hand dried the car to catch any places that did not air dry. Car looked great afterwards.”

The staff is very attentive to the service they provide. I have noticed DEI (diversity,, Equality and inclusion). We are made aware of appreciation day for staff, and that informs us that the company will be closing early to honor their valued hard-working staff. “I have used Jose's car wash and detailing services for two years and he always does a great job. He comes to my home weekly for the washes and when I need a polish I drop off the car at his shop. When I bought a new truck a few months back I had Jose's business partner do PPF rock chip protection topped off with a ceramic coating by Jose and the paint (dark blue) looks amazing all the time! “My only suggestion is to bring a $5 bill. You get 15 minutes of pressure washing if you put in a $5 bill. If you use 5 $1 bills, it starts your time on the first and you lose out on the 15 minute deal. Bring $5 bills. Btw that 15 minute deal is why I always go there. I haven't found another self carwash with that deal. But bring a $5 bill. Not 5 $1s”

“The price is reasonable and the guys here are always working really hard! Sometimes the line is long and the pigeons are everywhere inside the building but they seem to have them mostly in control now. They do a great job washing and are careful with the paint on our motorhome so we trust them when we need a wash as we drive through Stockton. If you visit them, make sure to leave a decent tip for these hard-working employees!”

“I love the friendly service and the vacuum suction is very strong. I've come across where the vacuum doesn't work well, when I get the attention from staff, they try to fix it right away. The cost is reasonable also.”
