Went to get prepaid internet asked csr if box no good can I return she said once I buy it's Mine took a chance modem was defective told by tech installer he said take it back I did gave me a hard time at first told t was getting new next day went to pick it up Mgr opened box in front of me and checked it said it was good took it home no wires went back was told about them opening box in front of me finally got wires was told not to come back to boost if any problem arises connected wires still would not connect to my TV won't recommend to friends or family sure got good deals but t j ey don't last just gimmick to get you in

All the representatives are so rude! They Always give the run around when trying to ask questions and even when it comes to getting account information! The manager and or Owner wasn’t helpful and never makes anything easy on their customers! This place needs a new set of employees and management ASAP! POOR TEAM WORK!

The staff was welcoming and we were speaking to an associate without much of a wait. He explained the current deals clearly and answered my questions (as many as there were).We'd switch to Boost if their BOGO didn't restrict you to getting the same for free that you buy. That is: buy an iPhone, get an iPhone -- buy an Android, get an Android. Too bad you can't freely mix-and-match.

I like the price I pay for my unlimited calls,text and data. Less than $58 a month. I do wish the data speeds were faster though, that is my only complaint. Verizon offers me something similar but for almost $90 so I will stick with Boost Mobile for now. I guess I'l just have to be more patient while watching my netflix movies or youtube videos.

I walked in and the place was packed. There was only 2 employees to help a ton of customers. This place should hire and have at least 4 representatives to help customers. This place is horrible. I went next door to master wireless and I was in and out. The only reason why this place(Boost mobile) gets a star is because I have to rate it.
