I was surprised at how pleasant Anita and Kelly were at arranging my car in and out, and the ease with which my estimator moved my car into repair. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Juan, the body guy even spent some extra time helping me to figure out how to fix an external part after the job was done. Wow, it's those few extra minutes that count. It's those few extra minutes that say, "Customer service."
Then, not more than two weeks later... OMG, my car was involved in a more serious accident. Remembering the care and service of my first experience, I had my car taken to All Foreign and Domestic once again. Unfortunately, my car was a total loss.
I was handled with so much compassion and respect. The employees were so helpful: from Kelly the office manager, who expedited my paperwork, to the guys in the yard who helped me get whatever I wanted from my car (even removing my custom plate holders and luggage crossbars. I appreciated the quick communication and explanations from the estimator as well. This is a professionally run business with a neighbor hood sense of personal care.

“I was in a hit and run accident, front rear corner of the drivers side was severely damaged. The impact of the hit caused damage to the outside of the car and under the hood. From start to finish Raul took every phone call and responded to every text message I had, he updated me every step of the way, never once getting upset about multiple phone calls or multiple texts. I knew my car was in the right hands. I chose his auto body shop based on a personal recommendation and the google reviews. His professionalism, friendliness, tenacity, drive, and just how he broke down each step in the process, blew any nervousness about my damaged car out of the water. He not only did what he needed to do to fix my car but did extra things (cleaning the inside and outside of the car, waxing it, repainting certain parts of the outside of the car, and so on) that my car was unrecognizable. Raul is a miracle worker in my eyes and when I went to pick up my finished repaired car 7/7/23, I was in utter shock and cried happy tears because the work he did on my car plus the extra miles he went on my car, was enough to cause happy tears that I got my car better than I left it. If You need help with your car especially if it has cosmetic damage or structural damage, Raul’s shop is where you need to go. His customer service and work ethic, exceeds anything I could have possibly imagined when it came to my situation.
