I bought my Ranger truck to Big Valley Ford brand new and we love it. Big Valley Ford texted me about my truck due on first oil maintenance around march.Did not even check underneath the hood until the second time that I noticed the sticker date on my windshield that my truck will be needing an oil change, so I scheduled it for service. When I open the hood the first thing we notice was the top plastic covering of the engine is missing so I called Andrew the guy who check me in on first maintenance service and inform him of what had happen that a piece of my truck part plastic engine cover is missing. He did not call me back, but he told me he was sorry for not calling me back when I brought my truck for its second maintenance service yesterday. The services are ok until I find out that a piece of my ranger truck part is missing and Big Valley Ford is the only one who does all services on my truck . Either someone forgot to put it back or someone stoled it and Andrew, the service guy mentioned to me that it does not come with engine cover, but if I want to buy he said he can order it for me. He also said he talked to his manager about it. The manager said it does not come with it. It bothered me so much I came back today and talked with Calvin, the service manager. His last word to me was its only 200 dollars worth of parts if Ford still makes it, he pledge that he be happy to order it for me but he did not do anything about it. My whole family knows there is a plastic cover on top of that engine, it disappeared when I brought to Big Valley Ford to do a maintenance service, either someone forgot to put it back or someone stolen it.

The men working in the parts department are extremely rude! I went in to ask about getting touch up paint. The guy just stared at his computer like I wasn’t there until I said excuse me. He was very irritated to help me put an order in. Said my color paint was on back order it will be a month before getting it, I was fine with that. Well a women calls a week later says my paint was ready for pick up. Odd but I go pick it up a different man was also rude and very annoyed to get my order. He seemed confused then look’s around the paints and what seemed like he randomly picked one and said “here go to the cashier, nothing else” I didn’t even want to bother this man anymore so I asked the cashier how do they know this paint is correct? She said they look up the vin number. Well I haven’t had time to use the paint yet and received a call from the original guy who placed my order and said my order was ready for pick up. Told him I already picked up he said “odd, ok bye” I’m thinking great I bet I have the wrong color well my original intuition was correct they indeed gave me the wrong color for a car I traded in for my current car. Getting to the dealership during my working hours is a hassle so that’s awesome.

Big Valley Ford has been the place my family has gone to for cars over the years. People are great. Service department is great too.

I love you guys and the professional way in which you carry yourself. My new assistant is located in the last office on the right in the quick lane. He was awesome. Thanks Big Valley for caring. We really need that right now.

After the waterpump failed on my 2014 Ford F150, I had it serviced at Big Valley. I also asked for an oil change. Once I arrived home I noticed that the next service sticker had not been changed and the oil life had not been reset. I took it back thinking maybe they had overlooked the oil change. Upon arriving I saw Calvin, the service manager and explained my situation. Without hesitation he jumped into action. He didn't pass me off to someone else. He made my husband and I, feel like the priority. We TRUST Calvin and will gladly continue to bring our truck in to Big Valley as long as he's there! Next oil change is free ?Thank you Calvin❣

I’m stuck in the “Quick Lane” we aren’t moving and they only seem to have one bay out of 5 open? I bet they are staffing based on demand and then short my time to reduce employment payroll. I am a bit offended, so far here 1 hour in the “Quick Lane”.Edit: they had me out in 1.5 hrs for an oil change. Didn’t progress at all on their board. Could do better so I raised it to 3 stars

I enjoy coming to this service center, the staff is always helpful and a good environment should you chose to wait for your vehicle. The drawback is that even with an appointment there is frequently long wait times, usually 1 -2 hours on a Saturday, for oil changes/tires. They do have a free shuttle that can take you home if you desire to leave your car behind for a bit.

I was in and out in a timely manner, competitively priced, they have a state of the art alignment machine and a great staff!!Will definitely be telling my family and friends of the great experience !
