When we originally ordered our dining set from their catalog, we were concerned about the color. Lindsey said they would swap it out with a different dining set if it wasn't to our liking when it came in. Months after months, they continued to tell us the dining set was on back order. Then eventually they stopped responding to us. It's been 1.5 years.

Bought a mattress box spring combo from these clowns. Never again! Super uncomfortable and very cheaply made. Better off wasting your money somewhere else.

At first introductions to the store and the owners you seem very hopeful and excited. They did spend time with you looking through catalogs and explaining how you can order what you're wishing for. But once order is placed things take a turn. Finally did receive the piece of furniture however the owner was not with the delivery as informed he would be. The delivery guys could not answer the questions about warranty it's been impossible to get an answer we give up.?

I do not recommend. Terrible customer service. Doesn't stand behind their furniture. Very smiley when they want your money. Furniture fell apart within 6 months, didn't help, said they would but didn't. Go to Michelle's Furniture and Matress on Pacific Avenue and Douglas, great people and fabulous furniture that they stand behind.

Won't visit this place again. Purchased Couch and loveseat along with Mattresses for 2 children. Yes prices are good, smiles are great when they want your money, BUT when the furniture starts falling apart within less than 6 months, called, they said they would take care of me, NEVER did. Go to Michelle's Furniture and Matress on Pacific Avenue and Douglas, great people, fabulous quality furniture and great prices. Have done multiple purchases from Michelle's.

I went into this store after finding out I was closing escrow on my first home. I was so excited and decided to buy some new couches. Lindsay was the one who assisted me. After she gave me her spiel about how they were the best and they pride themselves on their service, I purchased a couch and paid it in full. I was told I would receive my furniture in 2 weeks. I have now been living at my home for a full month and still no couches. They are never in the store even when it's during store hours, it's closed. They never answer calls or return them. After I was ghosted by them for a few weeks I finally was able to get in the store to ask about my purchase. The owner mike gave excuses as to why I haven't received my couches and blamed it on shipping delays. He said all furniture stores are having this problem (that is not the case seeing as how I took my business elsewhere to purchase my table/ 2nd set of couches and I received them 3 days later). Terrible service, terrible communication, and untrustworthy. I will not buy from here again. Very negative experience for me.

Great people, great furniture, great prices. Not so great on customer service. Had an issue with a piece of furniture. Been waiting more than 6 months, gave up. Unfortunately now I have to find a different place to buy my furniture. So sad, if you're going to be in retail, you need to have good customer service.

This place is great!!!! They will match and even beat any other place prices. They have furniture from every brand you can think of! But let me tell you, the customer service that Lynsey and her staff provide is phenomenal! They will make it happen and with a smile o their face!!! They are such lovely people. We got our dinning set and when we received we were so excited to start inviting guest over. They are truly any amazing store and team!!! will definitely be back and recommend everyone I know there !!

Walked in and was greeted by the owner. He was very helpful and informative. No pressure at all. His wife was helping another customer. Was nice and polite. Helpful as we really don't know what it is we want and haven't purchased furniture in a long time. We walked out empty handed but that wasn't due to the stores fault. Will be happy to do business with them and support a local small business. I highly suggest visiting if shopping for furniture. They seem to be able to get anything that the bigger stores have and at a better price.

Watched me walk up and try to open the door as the neon open sign is on and the posted hours indicate they are open. She waited until I got back in my car to come turn it off without talking to me at all. I'm there 10 after six and they close at seven.

I didn't really want to start looking for furniture again, so I am extremely happy to say that Mike called and we were able to work things out. I absolutely LOVE my new couch, and can't wait for the rest to get here. Mike and his wife really do care about their customers and the service they provide. If quality merchandise and supporting local businesses is important to you, then definitely check out Bear Creek Furniture.
