just a joke since about a year after I joined them, they have called me twice as i don't use them except to pay a personal loan, but have not called them back as I will go off and I am just done. They are horrible, tell me to call back when I call because everyone is busy instead of saying let me get your number and I will call back, 4x with the mobile app and issues, slow ATM with all these software upgrades, rude rude rude tellers downtown, I don't need you for this, kiss off!!
In regards to their response. I will NOT be reaching out to you at all via any of the methods you indicated, I paid my bill before it as due to stop the auto pay and you still did autopay, over withdrew my account and then charged me a insufficient fees. I am paying off all this on Monday when I get paid and then I am done and closing all accounts. Too little TOO late!!

This is now PNC. I am not sure why others are giving this branch such poor ratings. I've opened an account when it was BBVA and sad to say that I had to close my account since there's not many branches in the Bay Area. I can't say enough about there service levels from the front line teller to the new account representative. Everyone literally greet you as you walked through their doors and I feel so wanted. They will go out of there way to make it work for you we'll at least for me. Elisa had to hop on the phone to do something with the closing of my account and I can hear her practically pleading for me that everything was done and that I'm triple verified. She is sweet, fast and just awesome! Thank you Elisa and the rep sitting at the first desk who helped opened my account several years ago. Keep you the great work!

good bank. I've been with BBVA for 10 years and have always been happy. I'm not sure what will happen after the merger, so reserve the right to edit this review at a later date.I don't go to banks often. Mostly its online and the random ATM. I had to actually go in this bank the other day. Let me tell you, it was nice. Teller / Cashiers? were friendly and helpful. I inquired about the merger and closing branches. This one will stay, but there is one in Stockton that is closing.

Hello, my grandmother and I were in the drivethru today and we noticed that the gentleman in the drive thru was not properly wearing his mask. His mask was dangling from one ear. He was an older pudgy gentleman and wasnt very polite neither. My grandmother and I were very glad we didnt enter the bank since it seems they arent very hygenic there. I wouldnt recommend and possibly some customer service lessons are in order.

I was a customer through the driveway today and I noticed that the bank mgr habib achecki was not wearing a mask and I observed the note on the glass that said we have to wear one in the bank. Hippocratic much? I guess this bank doesn't truly care about our safety. Beware people.

I've been so blessed to be able to add to the BBVA Compass team and it's been the best decision I've made! My team here at the Parkwoods office are AMAZING! Only being apart of the team for a month and I can see this bank really cares about their customers.

Rude, Joke, This Branch has no issue to act helpful when they want you as a customer, but is not there for you after you become one. Customer service line not any better.... call hangs up not once, not twice but three different times and no call back to you as a customer. Worst experience in the banking industry in my entire life. Not only will I tell friends and family not to bank here, but to run fast the other way....

I really enjoy banking with BBVA. I have been to this branch and the branch on N Main St. in Manteca and both are great. Friendly, helpful people and positive experience every time.
