“I am so satisfied with the immediate prompt help that I was able to receive from AVP Branch Manager Mrs. Ebony Gardner. She has helped me multiple teams without forwarding me to someone else in the correct department. I have a been a member for over 7 years with this bank and I have always received great customer service, However the help that I was able to get from Mrs. Gardner at such a vulnerable time in my life is beyond words. She is a true angel sent from heaven above and words can not express the gratitude that I feel. I was on disability for quite some time and I had significant issues with my account. was very frustrated and agitated when I first called because of a negligence on my account that I had been battling for almost a year. I was not exactly a happy camper when I first spoke with her. I am truly amazed of the efficiency and team work that I have witnessed through Ebony Gardner and her team. After my account was reviewed and approved by management was able to get everything sorted out. “Where the heck have I been all these years?!?! I had to open acct to separate college affairs relative to house payment and utilities of 5 students. From square one, minute one, I have had nothing but AMAZING customer service and hand holding to help with the nuances of Zelle and outside transfers. The account manager, I can't remember her name, or even if that is her title has made the entire transition flawless. Seriously considering changing banks, altogether.”
“I've been a loyal consumer with the Bank of Stockton for many, many years! I remember when I opened up my first-ever checking account here as an employed teenager. It was done at this particular branch. To this day, I have a checking account and a couple of savings accounts. Out of all of the branches, this is the most convenient location within proximity of my house. The staff members inside are very kind and helpful with any of my banking needs. I love that the Bank of Stockton is conveniently located in other parts of Stockton and nearby cities such as Manteca, Lodi, Elk Grove, etc. I've visited all of the different branches and they were wonderful, especially with accessing the ATM at ease. “I saw some of the reviews, and I was shocked. I've been banking with them for years. I have never encountered long lines. It's always been neat and clean on my visits. And the tellers/staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Admittedly, I don't go often, and since I'm retired, I don't go to the bank or anywhere else during peak hours-lol. I prefer credit unions and am not a fan of banks, and I refuse to do business with the 'others'. But for various reasons, sometimes a bank is necessary. US Bank is the one for me.”

“Awesome service, the lines are long but I have no issue waiting. They have ALL teller windows active. If one is going on break another window opens up. You can tell the manager knows how to run the branch with the heavy amount of customers they get.Even the security guard helps you out, he will speak with the tellers & managers, helps the disabled.I live on Morada & drive to Pacific just for the service.Very rare that the ATM’s don’t work at this location, if there’s an issue at the ATM, they’re on it!Things are sterile, always smells wiped down, I have no idea how they have the time to do it.I was dealing with my mothers estate account, they broke all information down in basic jargon terms so I could understand & they would not let me walk out of the door until ALL documents were received, they didn’t care if took 30 mins, they asked us to wait to make sure everything was done correct & properly, I waited with no problem!The communication is excellent, I had to deal with a notary, she had a customer that was taking longer than expected, I will assume she was the manager that approached us, blonde with glasses, she went & got another notary from wherever she pulled her from, our appointment was NOT delayed & she helped us with everything, the notary’s name is Cecelia!Don’t trip off the lines, trip off of the service.That’s the reason why the lines are so long with all teller windows open, they treat people RIGHT!!!”
