It's usually pretty good here but tonight the new guy failed to wash his hands before making my food, his hair looked like it hadn't been brushed in a month and he didn't even try to count my change back to me he just handed me my money! I know counting the change back to the customer is a lost art nowadays but you could at least brush your hair and wash your hands! I blame the managers...

Small scoops, and not very polite. I called back later to advise the manager. The employee who is giving two small of scoops, at least compared to the Baskin Robbins is that I usually go to on Pacific Avenue and basically he doesn't care.

The staff was so nice and helpful. I went in to buy an ice cream cake for my partner. When I took it to the counter they asked if I wanted something written on the side off it; I didn’t think I could get that done because I just bought it from the display on short notice.They put on “Happy Birthday” and her name. Wish I could of tipped them more. ❤️

5/30/23 - I wasn't suppose to come in here, but I could not resist temptation; I was hoping they had lemon custard, it is so good!! I didn't see it, so I asked the server and she looked and said she didn't think they had lemon. So since I was undecided between getting a milkshake or two-scoops, I stirred around a little scanning the various flavors. I decided on the two-scoops of vanilla and pralines 'n cream. My server was in training, but service was quick and I was on my way out with my delicious temptation. Lol!!!My two scoops of luscious, velvety ice cream was $5.78 and worth every spoon full. I didn't realize that I was in on a family night. But please take advantage of some of the daily deals they have, like family night discounts.The store was clean, and a lot quieter then I am used too, but I am usually in their on Saturday's and that does make a difference!!!

"No bathroom. Not even for employees" That what the sign says on their bathroom. I asked one of thier employees to confirm and she said there's no bathroom. So where do they go? Shut this place for unsat working conditions. That's unacceptable not to have a working bathroom for paying customers or employees. They also serve food so I can't even wash my hands before eating. I turned right around and left.

I have doordashed from this location twice. They seems to mess up the order everytime. I would not recommend this location to anyone at all. Really bad service and the obvious dont care. I hope the manager can find who was on the clock from the recipet. I am very very disappointed.
