I would give them 0 stars. they don't have good customer service. i tried to call them to fix my account information and personally go to bank. they are not helpful. don't use this bank.

Yes their ATM. Machines are worthless it only ispenses 20's if you try to make deposit won't accept 50s or 100's

I do not recommend making deposits to the drive thru ATM. Long story short, I went to go deposit money into the ATM and the machine took almost half my money and deposited the rest. I went inside the same day to speak with someone and was told that theirs nothing they can do, but file a claim that will take up to 2 weeks to resolve. I shouldn’t have to wait to get my money back for their faulty machines. I have bills and responsibilities to handle around this time

Super convenient and not too busy around 10am on a Tuesday. Parking is easy and has a few handicap spots. Very friendly staff.

When you Google Credit Union this shows up as a credit union listing. However when you use their atm they charged you a fee for doing a cash withdraw.

I found it best to get there before 11am or after 2pm. (Lines are part of life : less after 2pm). Was told that hours expanding in April to 4:25 for branches. Be Courteous at all times for better service.

Had the best experience here yesterday. Security guards very good at his job. He greets ppl he opens the door and answered questions. The tellers were very friendly. Ms Navneet Kaur did an excellent job helping my husband and i. She's very polite and we could tell she actually cares a lot about the customers. Give her a raise please. She's awesome.

We would never do business with bank of the west again. Very poor customer service, not helpful...they don’t even seem to know what they are doing. They have made plenty of mistakes with our accounts!

The people that work here are fuckn assholes and bank manager doesn't stay behind. Go to a different bank in town because you'll be stuck here for days .
