Business had went down hill since covid, they have now switched to BMO even worse... whole bunch of foreigners picking up the phone hard to hear or understand... everyone who picking up the phone seems to not have very much knowledge on doing their job here.. I was on the phone a whole hour trying to take care of something yesterday.. called again today to be set on hold and no one come back to the phone...Leaving

I've been Banking here over 11 years and their customer service is so terrible. I'm ready to move my business and personal banking else where. You are not able to speak to someone in the office. They tell you to dial the 1 800 number which is terrible BANK OF THE WEST WHAT IN THE HELL WHERE YOU.THINKING OF CHANGING TO BMO??

Horrible Horrible service. Tellers are unprofessional and rude , slow.The moment you walk in you aren't welcome. Very unwelcoming bank.Have an hour or 2 on tour hands if you just need basic service at this bank.My worst decision was to open up an account at this bank.This place needs an overhaul immediately.
