This place has card simmers on the ATM I used this place to take money off my card every month and this month all my money has been taken off my card people please be careful using these ATM at this branch.

ATMs broken and out of money. Have to go inside and wait in line for over an hour for 8 people. 5 tellers with 3 laughing and standing around. Really???? Terrible service from BMO

I’ve always been poorly treated at this branch. I could guess a couple of reasons why by the people they only hire. Since they have switched to BMO now they’re requesting a credit/debit card as a second form of identification if you do not bank with them. Hint they had to switch to BMO because Bank of the West was shady to begin with. The only reason I have to come is because the checks are from this bank and wish the county would change to a different bank.

U can with draw by $5 at this amazing bank that features a drive thru ATM. So I'd u only have $15 in ur account u can get $19 out if not a customer of bank of the west due to service charges but who cares this is the best a site ever ..love love love it

This location is so unprofessional. I walked in you have the security chewing gum sitting on one of the desk. I go up there's no line and you have the workers talking loud across the room about customers in collections. Mind you I stood there for a good 7 mins before getting greeted or someone helping me. I can understand if there was a line, but there's no line.

I have been at this bank since it was union safe deposit bank whom I really liked and then it switched to bank of the west it has been the worst banking experience I have ever had. I've had three or four accounts there one account at overdraft protection which I paid a monthly fee for and you still over there my calendar charge me $35 how is it legal for you to charge me twice for the same service when I was paying a monthly fee for overdraft protection I was not protected at all. Paying for a monthly service to avoid overdraft fees and paying $35.00 for each overdraft. You were charging me twice for the same service. I felt robbed, not protected and I closed that account and opened a new one with no overdraft protection. Yet you keep paying and I keep paying the $35.00 overdraft fee, just the same as when I was supposedly protected. I have called several times and ask you not to give money that was not in my account I'm on a fixed income do you get to text deposit their monthly and the two together are roughly $2,500 and I will be switching banks after my rent comes out on 5th. I'm tired of you guys stealing money from my account account over and over and the last straw was this weekend when I put my card in and it said the machine was out of service and it kept my card is being held hostage at this time I have to pay somebody for their car to come and get it out of your ATM tomorrow.

I Called to get info about opening a account for my sister who is under age. The First Lady I spoke to had no info as to being new. But, the other lady name Sierra was so rude.over talking me, asking for my bank info in order to set up a appointment. I didn’t get anything Accomplished . I will be talking to my husband to see if I even want to continue banking with them. I’ve worked in customer service for over 16 yrs. so when I come into contact with someone who is rude, and don’t treat a customer with excellent service. It will be known! Sierra you need more training honey. In order to train someone else.!

I was there two days in a row and the Samoan heavy set teller with the long curly hair was outright rude and paid me and my sister NO attention at all two days in a row. I went in with a referral but I will be taking my sister else where and we will not be banking with them due to the service. These are people who we are to intrust with our money and they show how unprofessional they are. I have been a member for over 2 years and as of today I will be closing out my accounts and taking my business else where.
