This bank is horrible at best. Long waits regardless of the size of the line. Workers choose not to work or help customers. Will ignore customers upon entry or at the front of the line. MLK/Charter way is worse location by far. I will drive the extra miles to a different location moving forward.

The Bank of America is very slow on the inside the Bank of America on charter Way. Also was something always going around wrong with the machine when you want to pull money off of your credit card in the inside. Why is there? Why is that?

I called over phone to change pin. Bank of America said I have to go in. so I did , I already had my ID, social , they needed 2forms of ID that had an expiration date I don't have it so now I'm stuck with no pin for now
