Every time I go to dump my oil at the hammer lane store they always say there containers are full then I have to go to oreillys which is further away. I think the people in the store are just not wanting to do it. Oreillys has never told me there's is full. I like auto zone but from now on oreillys will get my business.

Mark M went above and beyond and was super helpful.. I came in to get a replacement front headlight and he educated me which one to get and explained my options. He was patient and answered my questions, even assured me to install the headlight.

I came to the store on Monday at 12:41pm for a left rear view mirror for my Toyota Camry. There was two gentleman’s working there (Chris and Mark. They went above and beyond on customer service. Mark was hilarious impersonating a mail technician and Chris was super helpful in ing me with finding a mirror for my car. He also sold me a battery for my car clicker thingy. This is my favorite Auto Zone now!!! I won’t be going anywhere but here from now on. They have my loyalty.
