Very frustrating the employees need to know these are not their cars customers are trying to purchase a part for. Your not mechanic your an employee at an auto parts store it's not good buisness to argue with the customers

Wrong part was delivered. Returned the part still had to eat the delivery fee. Did not even have the right part in any store. What a rip off.

Ordered online Saud they had parts in stock. Two hours later no Email or call. Went to check and they did NOT have my part. Which would not have been huge issue except I was not notified and told they would get from another stop and have later. I wasn't given the option to cancel or puck up unless I cancel entire order and redo partial. I already paid, so would be hassle. They blew my entire day. On top of that, the older manager guy was a very snippy, could care less sort of (word for male appendage). No one greeted me or offered much help. I dislike everything about this store and will stick to O'Reilly.

I called ahead for a 32oz Aircraft paint remover part# was given. I get to the store a young PSM that answered the call says they don’t have the stripper and only the big one. Even though he verified he had the small that I was looking for over the phone. Please train you staff to not be lazy it takes no more than 5 minutes to check the front and back for overstock. Plus they were just chatting like there was nothing going on but the the whole store was a mess by the oil section with cardboard boxes stacked in the back.

Awesome group young people especially the young lady she was so wonderfully helpful. I say give her a raise she went above and beyond her job. She was soo patient. Thanks for making my day. She help me get oil she got the ladder and made sure I had the correct oil. Thanks.

I Originally went in to check my battery life. George was able to help me out in a quick and responsive fashion. He offered great customer service, and replaced my battery. He gave great advice on maintaining and ensuring my battery life lasts. This is going to be my go-to spot for auto part needs! Give him a raise ?

I had one of the best experiences ever. The girl that helped me was knowledgeable and made good conversation. They didn't have the fuel filter I originally came in for but she found another one that fits my car and told me it was a part of a bundle when you buy oil. My brother changes my oil for me and I go in and buy all the stuff. Easiest AutoZone trip I've ever had. Thank you!

Went there to get a car battery, nobody don’t know how to change a car battery. Every manager and red shirt. Need to retrain their employees learn how to change a car battery. U working at a car parts retail store and don’t about cars and don’t know the parts. Disappointed
