Manager is rude and wastes everyone's time. Made it such a lengthy process to price match an item despite me showing the item number from a different retailer. She called the wrong retailer then made it seem like the price was the same. I told her to call the actual retailer and after about 10 minutes she got the confirmation. The whole process took about 30 minutes and she kept complaining to me how she should be on her lunch break. It's completely her fault to begin with - when a customer is showing you all the proof you need for a price match, why take it personal and waste everyone's time? Glad because in the end I got the price match and saved 10 bucks while she lost her lunch break so win-win from my end. Manager seriously needs to chill.

Went there to get a fuse for my RV, I didn't find it, but asked for help and the clerk was able to find it on the rack.

Weston ranch store is better than any other autozone I've been in. Everyone is Hella cool there. Deon always outside helping someone even the Celes be outside changin batteri4s. They all know me amd what im workokg on from coming in so much. Never had a problem here. Every other sto just asks like u be bothering them.

I came in to buy a car battery and brakes. I went to one of the managers her name was Celeste. I have a 2019 Honda Civic when I told her this she asked what model is was I told her. She sold me the items that I needed. I went home to do it and she sold me the wrong brakes. She sold me 2 sets for the rear. I went back in. I explained to her that she sold me 2 of the same sets. But in the receipts it had 2 different number. She told me in a very rude tone that she can't help me and that it was my fault for not checking. I asked to speak to the store manager or an assistant store manager. She said she the only one there that can help her. So I returned both sets. And took my business to Advance Auto Parts. Will not be back.

Staff was very helpful. Saved me money by suggesting I buy the oil change package and actually got a better oil filter.
