Took for ever on my car. Worker told me they would contact me as soon as the tear down starts. No call, update or nothing. I had to call myself and saying they apologize and what not. Thats cool 2 weeks go by they told me they order the part, would be there the next following week. I call that week after. A worker in the part specialist tells me the same thing there bearly tearing it down and that my hood was gonna take 1 month out how if i spoke to Sean and he said my hood would get there that day or next week. Pretty much they were giving me the run around. Workers there did not know anything just saying anything. You have to keep calling otherwise your car will be sitting there at there shop not getting fixed. Thats what pissed me of just tell me the truth and I will be cool. I will not recommend this place I don’t know why my insurance took me to this place. I would of chose a different auto collision center if thats the case, but insurance didn't give me the option.

To slow to fix the car very long process and was not updated on the car I had to call to know my self only good things is Brandon is great customer service and shop left panel gaps on my car and didn’t even fix the big scuff on my head light paint match is decent overall if you are going threw Allstate they claim all there shop will bring your car back to how it was or off the lot well not this shop just pick a different shop they have listed would not come back here.

They tried their utmost best with my vehicle. Every person in that shop will remember my car. The silver Hyundai venue was there forever due to parts but service was great.

They don't let you use other parts just the ones they supply in essence making your bill higher than need be. Especially If can get good deal on parts like I can. Also booked till end of August so if you want to wait for repairs with them till end of August great please but there are other places that you can bring parts and get worked on ASAP.

I had an accident and my insurance was with fix auto. I don't know what all was fixed under the hood, except I know I needed a bumper and hood and grill. At Fix autoi was in communication with the manager Shaun. When I could catch him, he would explain to me the process as it was. Thank you Fix Auto and all involved for taking the time to fix my baby. good customer service by the team of workers.They speak with pleasant manners with you in person & over the phone.They had to do a small repair on the body of my car from the accident I had.They had the car for almost 2 weeks. Solid workmanship with lifetime warranty on their work.We were frustrated by the multiple missed timeframe estimates, though. Plan on leaving your vehicle here for at least 2 weeks.
