The store is awesome! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Saul the new store manager. He along with his employees Zee and Emily were able to set me up with an account and saved me as much as possible. Their customer service is a prime example of what it should be! I previously visited the corporate location on Pacific and they were nowhere near close this stores level of customer service which is sad considering g the should be the standard!

Waited over 30min for curbside pickup then came in to the store one of the employees wasn't helping anyone just one other customers was in the store and employees didn't even know what they are doing I speak Spanish so I understand everything they were saying to each other . Why say my phone is ready to pick up if it's not!! Will stick to going to the location off pacific

Was helped by a gentleman named D’Angelo. He was vibrant and friendly…he quickly assisted me and answered all my questions knowledgeably. He helped my family and I switch our account over from Verizon and I’m very happy with the no data throttling plan he set us up with. The service is working great, thanks a lot!

The reason I gave those answers is because Sergio Aguilar did an amazing job helping me. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He made the process really easy. I have no complaints and would do business again with this location and Sergio.

I was haloed by Luis. He really helped me and answered all the questions I had. He went out of his way to help me with everything I needed. There was a gentleman named Johnny also which was really nice. I will definitely be back to this store.

My previous interaction with this store was AWFUL!!! and I was determined to NEVER visit that store on Hammer Lane again, but I tried it again and Jazmin restored my faith in AWESOME customer sevice. You need more employees like her in ALL your stores.

I have been a AT&T costumer for over a decade and have visited multiple ATT stores. This particular store is by far the best ATT store I've visited. Camilo and Jazmin took their time to help me with what I needed done. I added a line, payed off my phone, got 2 new phones, 2 Apple watches and they helped me resolved the issue with my HBO account. Jazmin throughly explained all the current and future charges so I won't be surprised by them. Camilo and Jazmin were professionals, informative, respectful and overall outstanding ATT employees. I highly recommend this store!

AT&T West Lane scammed me and do not even try to resolve their reviews. I already wrote a review, but they never reached out to resolve their reviews. Go to Consumer Cellular and get a line for $25 a month with AT&T as a carrier. I use Consumer Cellular for over 10 years, and they are great. I should have never switched. I only switched to get the iPhone 12 also free upgrade and of course AT&T messed that up also. They quoted me $35 per line per month and charged me $55, please did not give me credit for one of my trade-ins. The manager said I did not need any paperwork sense everything was in the computer, and I would be getting an email. AT&T corporate will not resolve. I paid $25 a month with Consumer Cellular for years for the first line, plus $15 for each addition line and they were great. They let you choose between AT&T and T-Mobile as carriers. I only switched-on December 24th to get a fast Christmas gift for my family with the trade-up to Iphone 12 program. I got three phones and they also tried to charge me full price for one of the phones. This store did not even have one Yelp review, which is a very bad sign for the store.

I am a long time AT&T customer and by far I had the BEST AT&T experience at this store. Saul was helpful, explained everything I needed to know thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I was out of the store with my new phone and accessories in less than 30 minutes. He did not rush me or try to sell me something I didn’t want. I highly recommend this AT&T store.

Look at the few reviews and how old they are. This store quoted me $105 for 3 lines, but charged me $165. This store is a scam.

The female rep in the store on 7860 West Lane, Stockton, CA was very rude and unwilling to assist.. she is the only female working.... called customer service which took 40 mins to correct the in store reps mistake.I love my phone, watch and connectivity I receive. I am extremely disappointed with the in store service... not pleased and will not return again..

I’ve been coming to Edgar for upgrades, network help, phone bill, questions, all of the above for many years… Edgar knows what he is doing and answers and solve all issues that I have. Very friendly, makes you feel confident in using ATT network. If you are in the area and have ATT questions, upgrades come see Edgar. He will take care of you and make sure you leave happy. This customer service is a 1000/10.

Walked in today to get an iPhone and walked out with an amazing deal! Excellent customer service! Very professional! Edgar helped me and he was very descriptive and emphasized on all the details and expenses! Very grateful and extremely satisfied with my purchase!
