Spoke with Destiny on the phone to see if they had the new iPhone 15 pro max in stock, was told to wait for a phone call since the phone was located in the safe which takes sometime to open up. Was given a call within the time frame that was promised. Decided to upgrade my phone, the smoothest experience I've ever had at any AT&T location, thanks to her! She not only helped me but 3 other customers all at once. She is truly a wonderful employee, who knows how to treat and assist her customers. Needs to be promoted or given a raise! 10/10 experience.

Had my mom go in to add her phone on an existing line. I gave them the all info and while she was at the store they took advantage of an old lady by adding a premium line on to my account which wasn't authorized. giving her new phone and not accepting her valid trade in saying that it was a locked and blacklisted when I bought it unlocked at best buy. You'll be better off going to the corporate store down the street in the lot where Ross is.

Edgar at the webertown mall location was very courteous, helpful and attentive, He gave Me some guidance and answered my questions. This was a very different experience from the store on the corner of Robinhood and Pacifc. Webertown location will definitely be my " Go To " when upgrading, purchasing equipment for my phone and making payments ...Thank You !!!

I stopped by my local ATT store inside the Weberstown mall as I was doing some shopping. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Sarah and Yany. They helped me explore my options and got me setup with a new iPhone after turning In my old phone. They are the pinnacle of what customer service should be. I have not had better experience at other locations. Thank you guys!

Amazing professional service. Kind, friendly and thorough professionalism. Fast services and expectations met in an efficient manner. Will support this store again. Visited the ATT store at 5756 Pacific Ave Ste 94, Stockton, CA 95207 prior to this store. 5756 Pacific Ave was awful and unprofessional. My sales rep made my father and I feel disregarded, as though my money was not worth his time. Thank you 4950 Pacific Ave! Your time and professionalism was and is greatly appreciated! Entire disappointed with the corporate store and satisfied with the Att authorized retail store!

About a month ago I received a text from AT&T advising me that my LG V50 will stop working on 02/22/2022 because it is not a 5G device. Which is funny because when I ordered it online brand new it was advertised as (unlocked) 5G sprint. I had the phone activated at this AT&T store and it was working fine until 02/22/2022. Prior to this happening 2 weeks ago I received a free AT&T phone brand new in a box (it looked like a piece of s*** government free phone) with directions and info on the phone also advising me it is activated and ready to be used on my number. I didn't pay any mind to it and put it away. Today 02/23/2022 I decided to bring that same free phone along with my LG V50 with me to this AT&T store to get help with either figuring out how to reverse my service from the free phone back to my LG V50 phone. When I got to this AT&T store my son and I as we walked in I saw to the right all the employees huddled up talking amongst themselves. I said to myself in a low voice is anyone going to help me. Then I recognized one of the team members from before that answered some questions for me. He called out to me saying I can help you and I walked over with you free phone in the box that it came with. I explained to him what was going on and while talking to him to get some answers and help with the problem I was having. There was another guy standing right next to him with a name tag saying (Manager-Joshua). When I was half way through explaining my problem the (Joshua-character) replied saying we can't check that for you. I continued on talking directly to the other guy which I had started to talk to (Unfortunately I know him by face but not name) and he was about to say something and the (Joshua-character) replied you need a new phone we can't check that for you we are not tech we don't trouble shoot. So I ignored him again and continued to ask the guy I originally started talking to so what do you guys go here in the store it sounds like you don't want to help me. I came back to this store with faith that I could get some help or resolution to my problem and there's push back and responses to my help needed with a quick answer I need a new phone.(LG V50 was 1 years old only since I've had it) He was about to reply then the (Joshua-character) replies for him saying yeah we don't do any kind of trouble shooting and your phone is. SOOO I cut him off from finishing what he was going to say (Joshua-character) and said Listen I came in for help and was being helped by this guy not you and everytime I asked a question you respond for him. You're very disrespectful because you're talking for this guy and not trying to help my situation. You're standing here next to him like you're a parrot on his shoulder not even trying to help the situation I'm having and being negative so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else so I can ask this guy questions I need to ask to figure out what I will have to do next. He then (Joshua-character) replied no I don't have to go anywhere I could stand right here. I then responded back saying I don't know where you get your training from or how you do with customer service but with your attitude and responses to me will either lose a sale or make a sale and right now as a customer that I am and I'm telling you I wasn't seeking help from you and I was being helped by this other guy. You're very rude and disrespectful for a manager if that's really what your name is on your name tag. So are you gonna leave from here so I could finish trying to get some solutions from this guy that was helping me. He then only walk 5 steps away and leaned back against the cabinet fixture because he saw two other customers come into the store. So I continued with the guy that was helping me and got one alternative solution to call and ask for an extension on my LG V50 to continue service through customer service and that was the only way to get it to work temporarily till I am able to get another phon
