My absolute favorite go to store for so many holistic health needs! Leslie, the owner, is the sweetest lady, full of knowledge, wisdom, and kindness. I have been a loyal shopper here for years and cannot speak highly enough about Leslie and her staff.They are flexible to order a product if it's not in stock. They provide coupons and samples all the time as well, which is always a plus! I love shopping here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for alternative products to pharmaceuticals.One of my go to products that I always buy here is the Life-flo magnesium lotion. A staple in my health arsenal that works wonders!

What can I say? This is the place if you are looking to improve your health. Great selection of supplements, body care items and groceries. Lesley and her staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Yes, you can go to sprouts or Whole Foods and get the same things but what you won't find is knowledgeable staff who ask the right questions to get what you need. I rarely get five stars, but they've earned it.

From supplements, vitamins and essential oils, to toothpaste and CBD, even information handouts, they always have everything I need. Which is why I've been coming here year after year. The staff members are always extremely nice, helpful, approachable, and very knowledgeable. They have a small food section too!
