Horrible service. Dropped off my lawnmower on Friday and I was told they will call Toro on Monday. Waited Monday and Tuesday and when I didn't hear back I called on Wednesday around 10am and asked Manuel(?) about status on my Lawnmower He rudely said "It has only been 2 days, I told you a week. My guys haven't got a chance to look at it." I drove back from Tracy to Stockton and picked it up same day. Never use them for any repairs unless they give you in writing when they will have it done. NEVER Buy a Toro Lawnmower. Mine is only 2.5 months old and broke down. Home Depot won't repair, replace or give credit because it is past one month. These guys are supposed to be Toro's Warranty repair company and they are horrible. I won't use them ever.

I wish I could even rate this place on their repair work, but I can't because I didn't even get a chance to see. I called this place to make an appointment for a diagnosis and / or repair to my lawn mower and the guy that took my info said that he would call me when he was ready. What the hell? Who does that?! I'm supposed to be on standby until they can figure out whether they want to work or not? That just seems a bit lazy. That's not how appointments work! I normally like to help the local community by using local businesses, but this is why people choose to patronize big name brands over mom and pop shops in some cases. No professionalism whatsoever. It's been 3 days and I still haven't been called for an initial appointment, and no I'm not calling them again. At the very least, they should be able to maintain a call log. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Left my lawnmower for repairs. Unfortunately, it's not repairable. My deposit was returned and I got another mower. This is the place to go for HONEST and EFFICIENT Service.

I have never had any problems getting my lawn mower serviced here or when I had to rent or purchase equipment here. They do a great job and deliver it when promised. So I disagree with some of the negative comments here. Now I agree that over the years I haven't been greeted by a person with a warm and fuzzy personality or a red carpet experience but I would never expect that here or any hardware or equipment place. I will say compared to Home Depot or Lowes, they have far more knowledgeable staff.

I purchased a new lawnmower from them but shortly after getting it home it had a problem. Brought it back a couple days later and spoke the owner. He was very professional, I asked for a credit and I then picked out another mower which I paid the difference in cost. I appreciate this business, and I will definitely return.
