Always go to American tire for new tires but this particularly day in the photos my battery and alternator both went out the manager Kyle came out to see what was wrong and gave me a jump and helped me push it in to the shade until I could get help ,he and another a customer. Always there to help even if it's just air in your tires

They are the nicest people and have serviced my tire 3 times for a nail. Idk how I keep getting different nails in my tires, but they fix it fast!

Dont come to this location. Been here since 3:30, almost a 2 hour wait and my car is still waiting for service. My service time was supposed to be service at 4:09, but nope. These punks skipped me. Didnt get serviced til around 4:50

Out of town and caught a screw in my tire. Joe got us in and out and back on the road right before they were closing. At no charge. Great customer service.

These guys lost my OEM lug bolts and wouldn’t own upto it so I had to buy new ones out of pocket. The same guy who took care of the check in/out last time lied to my face that “they said they gave it to you [me] in person” like I don’t remember his face. Same Carlos pictured in the other recent bad review. I feel like I’ve been scammed, lied to, ripped off. The offering may be cheaper than the competition, but quality control is hit or miss, and this place missed by a mile. Go to another location if you have to. William the manager doesn’t give a f, he’s always in the office.

Got a low pressure warning on a trip. Josh quickly found the puncture, patched it (no plugs at DT) and had us on our way. Been doing business with DT for 45 years for this reason.
