Been using them for years for Sleep Apnea machines and supplies. I can't say enough about the professionalism of there. Highest compliments to the owner, AJ. Worked with him on a couple of issues and he is fantastic. ps props to Joey too.

I have worked with American Med for several years now. They have always been pleasant and professional. When the Phillips recall happened they automatically registered all of their Phillips customers without being asked to do so. The negative review here seems bogus to me. The only reason for requiring a new prescription is that the original one was not valid.

Absolutely do not spend your money here… they refused to sell us a replacement mask for our cpap machine without a prescription.. yet you needed a prescription to obtain the machine… absolutely disgusting a company like this exists.. please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere

American Med works closely with my Sleep Doctor to make sure I am getting the right supplies in a timely manner every 6 months. I get friendly and helpful reminder phone calls to review what I need, just in case I space out or something. Nice people to deal with...other companies not so much. Plus with Covid-19 worries, so great to get my stuff delvered quickly, rather than having to drive and pick up in person.

I had a problem with my medical supplies (not the fault of American Med) I called and spoke to AJ. He quickly handled my response! I previously have done business with their competitors and was always disappointed! I highly recommend American Med!

I have found American Med to be excellent and I highly recommend them. They supplied my husband with his CPAP machine and supplies and have worked with him to explain how to use the equipment. They also explained very carefully what is expected by Medicare in order to have them cover the cost of the CPAP machine and supplies. If you follow their directions for the number of hours you must use the machine and see your doctor regularly, you will not incur any unexpected cost. They expertly guided my husband and I through the process.

I was hopeful that this medical supply would be effectively more organized but found not so. I brought my order for a By Pap machine into American Medical in Stockton and I thought they were very nice and on top of the program. Well a year and a half later the s*** hit the fan and I was notified I was responsible for the cost of my machine because I failed to go back to my doctor. Well I called my doctor and they confirmed they did everything that was legally necessary to expedite the final payment to American med. I was told they would contact American Med and explain. Well then Months later I received a letter stating that I must return my equipment and pay the fee's. I called and said I spoke to the doctor and they said all was clear for payment. So now almost two years later I get a letter stating I owe 1700.00 for the equipment. Seriously really unprofessional ! I would think twice before using American Medical for any supplies what so ever. It's not an American own facility ! Go figure
