For the past 3 weeks the store owner has not been able to deliver my sofa bed, he doesn't have moving staff. He offered to leave it on my sidewalk for free.

The owner doesn't even have staff to move furniture! He will drop off my sofa bed on sidewalk. When I purchased he said I would have to pay $100 for him to get a helper.Now he says there is no helper for the past 3 weeks. I asked if I could exchange for a different product but he won't return the sofa. He tells me to keep waiting.

Received really poor customer service which made me not want to spend my money there. Johnny the person helping me has continued to be extremely rude via phone even after I called him within 30 min after leaving to let him know I did not want any items. None of the items were on site and I would’ve had to pick them up myself the next day. Now he’s threatening to charge me $225 for items I never received and cancelled within 30 min after leaving. There’s a reason no one else was shopping here. I ended up finding better customer service better quality furniture and CHEAPER at Ashley furniture. I recommend you shop everywhere before checking this store out as a last option.

Johnny is completely rude has no customer service at all I don’t recommend this place at all it’s a scam! He will tell you one prize in at the end of the thing he’ll give you another one and when you want to cancel, they still charge you 25% even if the product is damaged and they give you one day to deliver and set up everything and it always changes and common sense from a decent place. They will call and give you updates on the stuff you purchase not the other way around don’t purchase ANYTHING HERE!! ?

This man is a joke when it comes to conducting business. We purchased a bedroom set from American Fine Furnishing which included a bed frame, mattress, nightstand, dresser, and VANITY from him in Summer 2020. The pandemic struck and as we all know the world went crazy and everything that was important wasn't as important at the time. So parts of our order came in, but the vanity was back ordered which he explained that since Covid struck everything is backordered, everything is out of stock and the timeframes are not normal at this time. We understood this, but after 6 months of not getting the vanity and being normal adults with busy lives we began to call less frequently because every single time I called he gave me the same story and was so positive that he would call us when it arrived. We continued to call and call at least once a month until we just didn't. My husband attempted to try and get the vanity for our daughter that we ALREADY PAID FOR and this man is unprofessional as all can be. He called us liars, we produced receipts, he then asked to show the phone records as we tried to get the records for him as we are honest people he decided that wasnt good enough all of a sudden so he basically has stolen from us and the way he spoke to my husband was unprofessional as all can be! This is the owner of this location Johnny and he is the most rude human in face to face customer service I've ever dealt with. He told him to go ahead call the cops, call a lawyer, that he didn't give a s*** and do what we had to do basically because he all of a sudden didn't remember us, but last year he did when he still didnt have our item. We didn't want our money back we just wanted to complete our daughters room we had started at the start of the pandemic. He does terrible business (I mean look at his other reviews) and I suggest going elsewhere when it comes to making such large purchases for furniture as he does not appreciate the business and does not conduct himself as a professional businessman with empathy, understanding, tact, and respect nor even to give his customers the benefit of the doubt. He said and I quote " I dont keep records from 2 years ago" so our sale was never important to him. Please go elsewhere.

**UPDATE**I would like to provide an update to my former review of this company. We have since been in contact with the Manager and he was very apologetic about his actions and has made every effort possible to make this right. I appreciate the humility and humbleness. We are all human and make mistakes but that is a part of evolving and becoming a better person. I am updating from 1 star to 3. Thank you for making this right.Former review-I just had the worst experience of my life and it was with this company! My father, who is disabled, ordered a specialty bed and specifically told the salesman it needed to be delivered upstairs to his room. The deliveryman showed up and once he was told where the bed needed to go, he immediately became irate and disrespectful to my father because he wasnt told it needed to go upstairs and he was the only one delivering it. My father apologized to the man and asked if he wanted to just come back another time. The man said 'i'm already here now' and stormed back to his truck. I advised the man that he cannot speak to my father in that manner and it may be best if he just leave and we cancel. He said YES and stormed up to me to insist that it was my fathers fault. I again asked him to leave. I told him i would file a complaint and he said 'im the manager!' I pray no one ever does business with such an insensitive company like this and i truly hope that this individual is reprimanded for his actions. You cannot treat people like this. With the way he got so upset, i feel grateful that i didnt let him into my house.

Wanna charge a delivery and set up fee for $100.00 and I live about 7 miles from store. Ordered from a previous store a full bedroom set and there delivery and set up was free and same distance. Give me free delivery !!!

this store sucks because the person gives you a timeline in when it will get delivered but in reality, it will come in 1 to 2 months. I would not recommend this store and I regret buying my set of couch from this place.

This place is going down hill...Shady dealings with Johnny!! placed an order for Ashley Furniture and several days later tried to cancel the TV stand as it was no longer needed. He stated "well i have to call them to make sure there is no cancellation fee". Never heard back and called him and he says "well no one works on the weekend, so i don't have an answer". I contacted Ashley Furniture myself and let them know i wanted to cancel an order through one of their retailers and was told that there maybe a cancellation fee. The Ashley Furniture rep assured me that there is no cancellation fee and the retailer just want to give me the run around so that he doesn't lose a sale!! Now Johnny won't answer his phone....Well guess what Johnny, my bank will take care of you and i had a previous good experience with you years ago when i purchased furniture from your business. Not sure what happened but i will never purchase again from you as you are operating like a crack fiend... Even the receipt you provided has no details of the items i purchased i.e. model number etc.. all it says is TV stand and Round table.... Trust me i will be reporting your business to the BBB and all other places so that consumers avoid this business like its COVID 19!!!!
